General Information
Formally run and lead by a Fallen Angel situated underground somewhere in Lorsette before it was taken over by the Assembly, the Angel Market was a small group of magic driven individuals who took lives in exchange for favors or shady deals. Such deals ranged from targeting and taking out people holding political power to former lovers who wish to curse their partner. Eventually, Dolores Esmeree, a seer who happened to be in the area, dispatched the leading Fallen Angel and took over the group, repurposing it entirely. Dolores slowly transformed the small group into a darker version of what it once was, now focusing solely on making deals with those who sought information on outlawed, forbidden, illegal, or immoral things, such as curses and how to get away with murder. However, she wasn’t entirely in command, as there were a few who didn’t like the new Angel Market, so Dolores broke apart from those who weren’t loyal to her, renaming the new group the Dark Market. It was this group that relocated to a discreet place in the Wilderness of Lorsette.
In 1887, the Dark Market became an organization of considerable size. Enough so, that Dolores began construction of their permanent headquarters underneath the base of a tree. On the outside, it looked like a simple house, but on the inside underneath the floor, the area stretched far underground, holding dining chambers, dorms, training rooms, a library, lounging areas, and tunnels leading outside various other places. Now, the Organization could not only offer information to others for a price, but actively shelters those that felt out of place anywhere else, as well as those Dolores herself takes in, for their own agenda.

With this larger space, more bodies are needed to occupy and manage it and the dark market’s dealings.
The Dark Market Organization is divided into two internal groups: the lower and higher ranked persons. Those that decide to join the Dark Market Organization may do so as a normal member of lower standing, can be of any race or place of origin, be wanted or have a clean record, and can join as one of the following:
Occupants
Occupants are normal members that are mostly given tasks that involve giving information to others (informant), seeking out information, and managing/patrolling the Dark Market’s base, from cooking to cleaning or teaching. Occupants aren’t usually given dangerous tasks and are allowed to do as they please when idle.
Occupants are not, however, allowed past the first underground layer of the base, only being able to access the library, dorm/dining/lounging rooms, and parts of the training room. Rarely do dark market occupants ever meet Dolores in person, as they’re not too trusted in the organization and could potentially be spies under a guise.
Any occupant can leave at any time free of consequence, but will not be allowed back in.
Envoys
Swearing an oath of loyalty, Dark Market envoys are members that are used for combat and defensive purposes, serving as simple assassins for hire to those that ask the organization for one. Otherwise, envoys usually stay close to the base posing as guards to nobles firstly, then other members. Envoys are given the most dangerous tasks and are allowed to act independently from the dark market, collecting their own pay from freelancer work while still being able to reside at the base.
Envoys are allowed in the first, second, and third levels of the base, gaining access to the armory (stocked with mostly unregistered firearms of all types, but include blades smoke bombs as well), the meeting rooms, holding cells, and travel tunnels. Envoys are more trusted than occupants, the most trusted being able to regularly interact with Dolores and other higher-ranked individuals.
It’s advised that Envoys be adept at combat in some way, and can dress as they please.

Those that join the Dark Market Organization as a member of higher standing are usually hand-picked or invited by Dolores, however, can join so long as they’re not of the Reaper or Wraith race:
Nobles
Some say there’s a group of people that are being prepped for something macabre…
Those that Dolores or someone else of similar rank takes in, nobles are seen as the “children” of the organization and are not given any dark market tasks, instead given higher education via the library and tutors present. After being a noble for at least a few weeks, they’re formally invited to join the Esmeree family directly. If refused, they’re still regarded as good friends of the family. Nobles are allowed to venture anywhere they please inside and outside the base, provided they’re accompanied by an envoy until they leave dark market territory.
Nobles are mostly made up of living or heavenly species and cannot be any undead species with the exception of Golems, as Dolores doesn’t consider them a threat. Lastly, nobles are able to telepathically know when she or another president is near their location, as they’re given the ability to understand spanish, a language spoken by Dolores to her higher-ups.
Upon a noble leaving the dark market permanently or betraying a president, they are considered traitors and will be attacked on sight, regardless of their age. On rare occasions, envoys are sent to hunt them down.
President / Vice Presidents
The leaders of the organization, they call the shots, decide who gets to go where, and decide who receives the help of the group and who does not. There can be only one president, but up to three vice presidents.
Currently, there’s one president, Madame Dolores, or simply “Madame”, and is above any other single madam or lord. Her orders and decisions, however, can be vetoed or challenged by a unanimous decision from everyone else. This is to keep Dolores’ sadistic and insane nature in check, else the organization will fall to ruin.
The vices are able to do everything Dolores can do inside the base and organization except give out bounties and information regarding Dolores herself or curses; those things must be passed through Dolores first. Upon joining as a vice president, they will be briefed on the president's skillset and the current undergoing's of the organization.
Vice Presidents are psychics (preferably)or element manipulators of any strength level and are older than 18 years old.
