Welcome to The Duality of Man, an original animanga role-play that features numerous supernatural creatures. Unfortunately, these various species have distanced themselves because of the war that occurred thousands of years ago, plaguing some with eyes that only see their dualism. While others meddle themself with their differences, two groups fight, each attempting to eliminate the other in for their definition of worldly peace. These two groups of the Terror Response Syndicate (TRS) and the Assembly of Phantoms (AP). With individuals fighting merely over their differences, it brings uncertainty to the outcome of this war.
We happily accept all role-players as long as they obey the rules and are capable of meeting our word count of 50. This does include those who are unfamiliar with this style of role-playing. The staff of The Duality of Man are willing to happily help those who are new to the role-playing world so they feel comfortable on site. Feel free to message the staff if you need help, they can be found here or in the site Discord and will gladly answer questions alongside calm concerns. If you have any suggestions we would love to hear them; guests may use the support board as a suggestion area as well. Should you decide to join, may I say welcome to the site and we all hope you enjoy your time here.

Summer 2024
Heat has broken through into a glorious summer. The snow has entirely dried through the spring, leaving to the brilliance of the warmer months. Terror activity has risen as people are brought out of their homes, leaving the TRS in a position of consistent work. Each are attempting to maintain victory in the endless struggle for power.
Since the wonderful members of TDOM enjoy the site enough to play around on it, this thread is to assist with the site's tidying! Functionality is important and we want to make the site functional even if its activity will be minimal at best!
The wind howled wildly outside, blowing snow across the streets. The streets had become a blank canvas of white, homes poking out of the mountains of snow. The bitter cold became the curse anybody received when they stepped out of the warm sanction of their homes in favour of the high-velocity winds and deep snow banks. In the early hours of the blizzard, Nyla had been requested to arrive at the TRS, to which she accomplished with success after dawning her winter coat and temperature regulation charm. She journeyed her way to headquarters, where she received her briefing alongside thick jackets for the TRS to wear on this particularly cold day. Time was provided to change, the blonde hastily switching from her clothes in favour of the warm jackets and ski pants. The clothing was specially designed, and still rather thicker than usual, high-quality and warm.
The shifter dressed accordingly, maintaining her thick layers to avoid her human skin freezing. The colours were the regular TRS addition ones, the huntress coat being covered in navy and black while orange accented her jacket and ski pants, making evident she had not graduated to elite. The hood was specially designed, the TRS making it evident they cared about Nyla's delicate ears. There was a pair of holes in the hood, allowing her ears to fit through and be covered by a thinner layer of warm fabric, allowing her to still hear. A black and orange neck warmer was wrapped around the blonde's face, covering her cheeks and nose, meanwhile, a think toque of similar colouring covered her head. While Nyla was certain her thick, fox fur could survive against the harsh conditions with the assistance of charm, she still required the ability to speak. Everything was organized with excellence, the blonde being grouped with her fellow hunters, a team of four other people, before being assigned to a team of hydro men to escort. The outside world was cold, but they managed to drive through despite the harsh condition to the designated location where the hydro poles were damaged. Wreckage littered the ground, the female shifter and her fellow hunters walking into the area first.
While they searched the snow, the huntress' ears remained pricked while she searched the area, pulling the neck warmer down slight to sniff the air. Her temperature regulation charms would keep her warm enough to risk using her enhanced senses amidst the vicious snow. There was a thick, iron-like smell in the air, blood, making it evident there were injured people here.
"Be careful, I smell blood," she called loudly over the howling wind.
The female shifter walked through the snow, turquoise eyes searching the deep snow for evidence of human life. She proceeded to smell the air, searching for anything that could be in the area. There were traces of terror and rather fresh, suggesting one had been through the area. She proceeded down a small hill, finding solid tracks in the snow, intact from their distance of the wreckage. The tracks were large indents in the snow, slowly being consumed by the onslaught of snow from above. Blood littered the ground there, alongside the bodies of the dead, evidently, hydro men sent without protection from the TRS. Their bodies were hidden beneath thick blankets of snow, appearing to be crushed by a mixture of snow and ice, a peculiar sign. Promptly, Nyla turned back towards her fellow hunters.
"Hey! I think it might be a brute! The tracks are huge," Nyla called up to them. "There look to be some casualties down here."
Unfortunately, the shifter was incorrect about her assumption due to her unawareness of the existence of a new breed of terror. The tracks were analyzed before the hunters gestured for the hydro men to come up, knowing either the terror would return later of the groups from unit 2 would discover it and kill it off. Constantly, Nyla's ears twitched and swivilled, nose sniffing the air in hopes of catching any scents from terrors of survivors. Her and fellow hunter proceeded to dig the bodies from the snow, investigating the damages and planning to return them to base for furnerals when the time arrived.

It was cold. Hellishly, unbelievably, inconceivably cold. The wind pelted at the teen's slightly exposed eyes as she trudged through the snow, looking for somewhere out of the way to huddle up and wait out the storm. If this was the wilderness she would find a cave and start a fire to wait it out, but this wasn't the wilderness, this was a city, and that cities didn't take kindly to starting fires in the middle of the street usually.
Sibyl had knotted her hair tight around her head after the wind kept whipping it into face and had on about four layers of jackets and sweaters and other winter wear, but still she was cold. She wore what she could, but still her fingers and toes were numbing and her teeth felt the need to chatter. Blizzards were the worst.
Seed poked his head out from inside her much too large jacket before quickly hiding back inside. "Find any sort of shelter yet?" He chirped. She shook her head. "No. This wind is killing me though. Want to swap for a while?" She asked him as she shifted through the think snow covering every road. Her voice was muffled by the scarf around her face, but she still felt the bird inside her jacket nod.
With a small pause of concentration she focused on her feathery friend and sure enough she felt her mind rubber band out of her head and trade places. She was enveloped in warm now. It was still very cold, but the added feathers and the fact that she was no longer exposed to the wind at all helped. The footsteps resumed as Seed, in her body, continued to search for some sort of shelter.
After about twenty minutes of walking in silence and Sibyl being in bird for there was a breakup to the monotony. A call, it sounded like from a person, about what the wind drowned out, but the vague sound was there. Quickly Sibyl swapped back and the immediate cold on her face was off putting. She looked through the snow to try and see where the voice had come from, but still couldn't really make it out.
As she rounded a corner onto a side street she came face to face with... a large pile of snow? It took up a large majority of the street and was very clearly different than the rest of the snow build up. There were also rather large chunks of ice formed into the snow. Was this where the snow plows had been dumping everything? Why was it just in the middle of the street?
As Sibyl considered all of these questions the snow began to shift in front of her, it almost looked like something standing up with a hulking form. She froze in place... well, more frozen than she already was. It was huge and brutish and made of snow and ice. She had never seen anything like it in her life. As she stared at it she felt an innate terror.
"Is everything alright?" Seed asked from inside her jacket, probably feeling her breathing and heartbeat shift in fear, but even with this being muffled by her layers it seemingly wasn't enough as the monstrosity began to turn around. That was enough to send Sibyl running.
She sprinted back onto the street she had been on before and away from the terror behind her. Despite the snowy streets she kept running until she saw people at the end of the street digging something out of the snow. She didn't care. They looked like they were equipped enough to maybe help.
"Something's on the street over there!" She shouted at the people as she sprinted up to them frantically. She hid behind the person closest to her, which happened to be a feminine figure. At least Sibyl assumed, it was hard to tell with all of the layers. "I don't know what it is." She added on quieter as she hid behind the woman.

Zephyr had been at the Headquarters since before the storm had even started, as part of the R&D department, as well as being the top developer for armor, he had been hard at work making the snow gear the TRS hunters would be using during the cold weather. Each Hunter's gear had been custom made, with special care taken for those who were not human to be comfortable.
He sat at a window, watching the snow swirl and thrash like a wounded animal. Something rankled his nerves. Something was out there that made every instinct scream that it was dangerous. But he wasnt a hunter. Not anymore, he made weapons, he did what he was best suited for.
but that did not change the fact that he felt a need, not a desire, but a true need, to be out there, armed and dangerous. Something wasnt right.
Gloved hands cautiously dipped into the snow, uncovering the bodies hidden beneath the white. As more was uncovered, Nyla alongside her partnered hunter would tug the body over to where the trio laid. Wind proceeded to howl loudly as they worked, the hunters guarding and investigating while the hydro men worked on repairing the pole. Each accomplished their objectives with efficiency, as expected of the professional workers. Throughout the uncovering, the blonde kept her ears pricked and her senses sharp. They subtly twitched as she proceeded to work on uncovering the corpses, working in the freezing cold weather. The female shifter fixated on her work, only sparring a moment to stretch her back from being meant down, a solemn look remaining evident on her face. Nobody from the previous group appeared to be alive, or on the cusp of death which was a misfortune considering they could no longer be saved. After a few moments, she glanced around, ears pricked as she sniffed the air and caught something.
For a moment, she stiffened, turning toward the street and lifting her hand to narrow her eyes. Her fox-like ears stuck up, narrowly hearing the sound of large feet stomping into the snow. The partner who worked alongside her paused, eyes watching as they awaited the shifter's verdict. Through the howling, she heard it, her turquoise eyes searching among the thick snow which blew wildly and limited her visibility. She stared into the distance, the noises getting louder with each passing second as more of her fellow hunters noticed her strange trance. From the snow, she noticed what appeared to be a child, her noise confirming it as the young child drew closer, shouting and finally hiding behind her. A glance was taken towards the girl before Nyla's gaze promptly returned to the street as the stomping grew louder, and through blowing, snow came a moving mound of snow and ice. A gasp escaped the female shifter as she realized a different type of terror had been unleashed to cause havoc to Lorsette on this miserable day. The body covered in snow, but armoured and weaponized with the use of ice. She glanced around, watching as her fellow hunters took notice and surged forward.
There was a pause as Nyla watched, noticing as snow would suddenly shift and move around to where the creature aimed its mighty paw; a manipulator. Nobody had expected a creature of this degree, which suggested Zeredah wished to play with her latest toys in these conditions which were favourable to it. The huntress knew she could not join the fray yet, her attention turning towards the young girl, who she assumed was cold; Nyla tended to be rather motherly after taking care of Ines for so long.
"You cold?" Nyla asked before slipping her extra warm gloves off.
She did not wait for an answer, her slender fingers plunging beneath the jacket's sleeve to drag out one of the temperature regulation bracelets. Once she managed to get it off, Nyla passed the beaded charm to the young girl before softly patting her back to turn her towards where the hydro men were gathered.
"Head up the hill there, you'll be safer there while this gets sorted," Nyla stated. "I promise it will be alright, I and everyone else is here to protect all of ya."
Based off the scent, the young girl was not a disguiser since she lacked the odour which arrived with the dreaded terror. After providing the mysterious girl guidance, Nyla slipped her glove on before taking a few steps away. Her hands stretched upwards, towards the sky until she leaned over, firmly planting them on the snow covered ground. A long exhale escaped her lips, a white light consuming her form as she transformed into a large fox form, taking her seconds of change to make herself larger than a horse. Clothes faded, disappearing temporarily to allow for her sleek, warm fur to cover her canine shape. Her nails became claws as her face stretched into a large teeth-filled muzzle. The remnants of her human form were evident in the paleness in her red fur and the matching turquoise eyes. Once the transformation was completed, Nyla was prepared to fend off the threat of the terror. She noticed one of the hunters on the snowy ground, the monster bringing its hands together and lifting them above its head while ignoring the brutal attacks of a wind manipulator and another hunter with deadly accuracy with a gun from up the hill.
There was no hesitation as the fox shifter sprinted forward, her enhanced speed carrying faster than an average fox, allowing her to slip past, teeth softly grabbing the downed hood of the hunter in peril. She slipped past with ease, the creature's hands landing into the show. The creature growled, sending out a ring of snow from its body which pushed her and her fellow hunters back.

The being behind Sibyl as she sprinted through the snow was terrifying. She wasn't too sure what it was, but she could hear it's large and deep footsteps following her as she hastily tried to escape. She could hear Seed chirping away from inside her coat, asking what was going on and what the problem was, but she didn't have time to answer. She almost stumbled once as it felt like the snow beneath her feet seemed to slip almost.
When the group of people up ahead came into view Sibyl didn't even consider the fact that they might be unable to help. She put faith in them and upon hiding behind the woman she was closest to it seemed like the faith wasn't misplaced. The woman was watchful and alert, and seemed to know what she was doing as she examined the terror before her. In her short time within the city Sibyl had heard a lot about these types of people. Hunters.
"You cold?" The woman asked as she turned back to Sibyl. She was taking her gloves off before Sibyl could even answer, but it didn't really matter because no answer came. The young girl's eyes were locked behind the woman as the hunters began to face the being of snow. She only let her eyes leave the fray as something was passed into her hands. Sibyl looked down at the bracelet and then back up at the woman. Were those ears?
The pat on the back seemingly broke some sort of trace as Sibyl nodded readily. Safe up the hill. That was all that mattered right now. Safe. "Th-thank you." Sibyl stuttered out as she slipped on the bracelet, instantly feeling much much warmer, and began run up the hill, away from the terror and the hunters. She looked back once and saw the woman's form surrounded in light and shifting, before she faced away and continued the rest of the way up the hill, ignoring any of the worrying sounds she might hear behind her.
Sibyl got to the top of the hill and considered just running again. Getting as far away from that thing as humanly possible, but something stopped her, the bracelet, it would be rude to just take it. So instead Sibyl looked around and found the hydro men to be more worrisome. Large groups weren't exactly Sibyl's thing. So instead she slunk to the side, hidden by a bit of the debris from the seemingly downed power line, and began to speak to a very worried Seed.
"There's a terror." She whispered curtly to the bird, horror evident in her statement. There was a small squawk from the bird at this statement as he burrowed deeper. "Don't be scared Seed. We h-have to wait for the hunters to make sure they're okay." Sibyl mentioned as she poked her head out from behind her hiding spot and continued to watch the fight, very clearly scared beyond belief.
There was a giant fox on the field now. Had that been the shifter woman? Either way the fox had one of the hunters in it's teeth, seemingly after they had been downed by the beast. As Sibyl watch the snowy being growled and push them back before raising an arm towards the fox. A pillar of ice and snow formed behind the fox and almost as quickly started to fall, looking as if it was trying to bury the shifter beneath the snow that it seemingly had control over.
Sibyl almost shouted out in worry over this fact, horrified that the hunter who had helped her might perish in an attack from a terror that she had lead right to them. Still she watched.

Snow nipped at Nyla’s animal body as the wind howled and the sounds of combat steadily proceeded. The loud cracks from the sniper watching over the hydro men continued in the rhythmic procession until finally ceasing as the realization of bullets being useless currently. The wind manipulator kept the assault going, creating cuts along the thick, icy armour of the terror. Carefully, Nyla lowered her head, allowing the hunter’s feet to grace the ground before releasing him to be on his own feet. After gaining balance, the hunter separated from the shifter, each trying to avoid being a primary target for the snow-based terror. The sudden ring composed of snow arrived shortly afterwards, the fox shifter being pushed back as a result, shoulders digging into the deep snow while the pair of hunters were sent hurtling further. They would recover quickly, the wind manipulator quicker than the other who appeared to remain disoriented after nearly being smashed by the mighty paws of the beast.
After being thrown away by the pulse of snow, Nyla smoothly rolled onto her side, allowing for her paws to raise her from the cold ground. Once she returned to her paws, the fox shifter lowered herself, eyes narrowed on her target. Before she could move, the blonde sense the movements of the ground and subtle crunching of snow packing together. Her head lifted, glancing to a single side until her peripherals noticed the pillar of snow rising far above her head. The shifter's eyes widened, a brief gaze towards the terror making it evident the creature was controlling the movements of the snow. When she glanced back, the pillar suddenly toppled, the terror attempting to bury her beneath a mound of snow, similar to the unfortunate hydro workers who crossed the creature's path before the arrival of the hunters. There was no hesitation as Nyla leaped forward, travelling in a diagonal to the left while the pillar fell from behind, but the snow would never catch her. The superior speed from being shifted allowed Nyla to sprint ahead of the crashing snow with ease.
She arrived out of the danger zone, the shifter turned, allowing her paws to skid against the snow until she stopped, clear of the pillar. The blonde's turquoise eyes fixated as the terror turned to face her, but Nyla provided the despicable and evil creature with no chance to formulate another plan. While her remaining teammates recovered, the fox shifter rushed the beast, her extreme speed carrying her across the snow within seconds. Bullets of snow were shot her way, but the blonde weaved through, only risking a few minor injuries from being nicked by the launched snow. When in range, the huntress launched herself towards her prey, paws hitting the creature's shoulders and forcing it to land hard onto its back. There was no hesitation as Nyla brought her front paws up, raking the terror's stomach with her large claws, the shifter's enhanced strength allowing her to tear through the icy armour. The snowy monster screeched in pain before creating a large, flat surface of snow and ice aimed directly at the shifter.
There was a shout of warning from somewhere, perhaps her fellow hunters, but Nyla failed to heed the call in ample time. The wall barrelled into her, a cold and painful experience as she was thrown off the terror and back into the deep snow, partially burried. Fortunately, the terror could not gain the opportunity for a follow-up attack as the wind manipulator and the hunter she rescued, who appeared to be an electric dragon began increasing their efforts in fighting the terror. Time was bided for recover, Nyla slowly easing herself into a proper laying position while she shaked her head. It was evident the task would not be easily handled on account of the terror's capabilities in manipulating snow, especially considering the blizzard which continued to rage on and would likely proceed to for hours.

Sibyl had not been expecting this type of thing to happen today. She had hoped that this type of thing wouldn't happen ever again to her. If she never saw another terror in her life it would be too soon, but now there was this crazy ice and snow monster being fought off by hunters. She was really expecting to just wander around until she found somewhere warm enough and out of the wind enough that she could survive through the snowstorm.
As the fight bore on Sibyl found herself getting more and more engrossed in what was happening. It was terrifying and worrying watching the TRS Hunters get thrown around and fighting back. She really wanted to just run away and hide, but still she watched. Sibyl even watched as the shifter she had spoken to earlier lunged and tore at the ice armor of the beast.
As the ice wall formed Sibyl searched to see if the other hunters saw it, but the positioning differed from where they were. It wasn't in any of their direct lines of sight, or they wouldn't be heard over the wind. The shifter lady wouldn't get a warning. Sibyl made the split second decision to use her ability on the nearest hunter to the shifter.
All Sibyl had to do was shout, so that's what she did. "Look out!" It wasn't her voice and it wasn't her body, but it was her words directed at the shifter lady. The person who owned the body knew this. The elastic snapped just as soon as it had been stretched over there.
The teen doubled over as her mind was brought back into her own body. Being forcefully ejected was always rough, and this time wasn't different. She looked around her and almost forgot about the fight happening altogether. Had it been this cold in her body the last time? She couldn't tell if she felt warmer or colder before.
The sound of an impact brought Sibyl's focus back and she zoned back in on the battle. The hunter she had possessed looked to be a little confused, but otherwise wasn't halting in their onslaught against the terror, along with a somebody who looked to be harnessing the wind. The shifter however, was lying on the ground, clearly not dead, but apparently Sibyl's warning hadn't been soon enough. Maybe if she would have been faster then the shifter wouldn't have been hit.
There was an overwhelming roar as a large icy arm fell off of the body of the beast, severed by the wind user. Snow started to gather up, seemingly in another large attack, but then the hunter that Sibyl had previously possessed rushed forward with a surge of lightning and attacked the terror. There was a crack that echoed through the air and then it was quiet.
Sibyl considered rushing forward to make sure that everybody was okay, but on the off chance that the terror was still alive she stayed rooted in place. She would just hope for the best from the safety of her hiding place.

The wind howled over the battlefield, kicking up snow as the hunters steeled themselves to proceed in the fight. Gradually, Nyla began regaining her focus entirely, ears twitching as she shook her head back and forth. The shifter’s turquoise eyes locked onto the icy monster, watching her fellow hunters fight the horrifying creation of Zeredah. Hunters were fighting hard against their prey, efforts being placed towards the objective of taking down the terror attempting to ruin their lives. A sharp blow of wind sliced through the terror, a might yowl of pain echoing through the air as a hand was removed from the creature. In response to horrendous injury, the terror began gathering snow, likely preparing to bury the wind manipulator under a mound of snow. Hastily, Nyla rose to her pause, planning to sprint towards her fellow hunter to provide protection, but it was not necessary. There was a thunderous sound echoing amidst the snowy mess, light emanating as a bolt of lightning managed to hit the creature in the back.
The sudden electric blow was powerful, the female shifter being forced to glance away in response to the blinding light. When she could open her eyes, Nyla watched as the terror toppled to the ground, disintegrating into snowflakes which were caught in the howling winds of the blizzard. Silently, the blonde watched for a few moments before shaking her pelt, releasing flecks of snow from her hairs. There was a pause, hunters analyzing the field to assure there were no more enemies to battle currently. Finally, everybody eased, the other hunters returning to their positions on the hill, stating the hydro men could proceed to work on getting the power operational. Slowly, the fox shifter followed, finding herself a safe location to transform back, her large fox form disappearing as she turned back into a human. As her fur returned to skin, the clothing she wore returned to cover her body. She remained on her hands and knees before gradually standing her feet, a sigh escaping her lips as she stretched her sore muscles. There was a mild dishevelling to her blonde locks from the previous fight alongside some bruising from being shoved around by the creature.
Inquiries were exchanged in regards to everybody's well-being, the female shifter providing a small nod in response before her ears pricked and her eyes glanced around. There was somebody missing from the location, a survivor of the blizzard who she handed her spare temperature regulating bracelet. Promptly, Nyla sniffed the air, searching for the young girl's scent as her eyes scanned the snowy fields. A new objective was placed into her mind, to find the young girl and transport her back to the TRS headquarters where all citizens of Lorsette were expected to go. The shifter took a few small steps towards the scent, cupping her hands around her mouth.
"Hey, you over there?" Nyla called.
While the temperature regulation bracelet would definitely keep the young girl warm, the blonde worried about the possibility of her running into another one of those dastardly creatures. The TRS could only manage to reasonably cover a certain area of the city, making it possible those monsters could attack and succeed should they find her.

As the terror toppled to the ground and released it's form in a puff of snowflakes Sibyl wondered if she should just leave. The bracelet that she had been given was sure to keep her warm in the snow, and her and Seed could switch out between bodies in order to both stay warm, but the idea of stealing the bracelet from the woman made Sibyl cringe. The woman had been kind and had given it to her before running off to protect her. To take it without so much as saying thank you would be incredibly rude.
As the hunters stood assessing the situation Sibyl looked into her jacket at the dark feathered bird. "We're going to stay here for a minute so I can say thank you and give back the bracelet." She whispered. Seed let out a small chirp of surprise. "Give it back? Why would you possibly give it back? Besides the people who were fighting are all fine so we should leave now before another one of those monsters shows up." He huffed. The teen gave him a look that read "There's no way in hell we're leaving right now." The bird let out a breath of air that was somewhat similar to a sigh. "Fine." He murmured.
The two of them sat in silence for a second. Sibyl was trying to figure out to proper words to say. Maybe she would give the bracelet back and then just ask about warm places in the city? Surely the Hunter knew about the best places to keep out of the snow storm in the winter, right? Perhaps she would just give it back and say thank you. Sibyl didn't really want to cause more problems than she already had. If she hadn't led the monster here then maybe none of them would have gotten hit by it. At least most of them seemed alright now.
"Hey, you over there?"
The voice made Sibyl start. She poked her head up from behind her hiding spot and glance at the Hunter woman again. She still didn't exactly know what she was going to say, but it was too late now. Sibyl stood and trudged through the snow over to the woman. When she finally stood in front of her the young girl faltered for a second. "U-um, thank you. I really appreciate it. I'm glad you're okay." She muttered, still not exactly sure what to say and suddenly feeling a little shy.

The wind swirled around Nyla as she surveyed her surroundings, searching for the young girl she discovered amidst the mounds of snow. Tiny flakes of snow were flung hard against the blonde’s bare cheeks, stinging them from the sharp ice fragments sticking to the snowflakes. The hood flopped wildly in the wind, the shifter’s blonde hair tangling, only bound by the red ribbon tightly wrapped around her long locks. Carefully, her turquoise eyes skimmed through the snow mounts, abandoning warmth in a desperate hope of catching a glimpse of the young girl. Pleading thoughts entered her mind, Nyla desiring to assist the young child, especially since she had a softer heart for children. Furthermore, the lingering thoughts of her duties as a TRS hunter reminded her of how she was responsible for the young girl’s health in this situation. Despite her jobs being connected to unit one, she could never leave a mere child in the snow despite unit two and three’s efforts to gather endangered citizens and take them to the TRS headquarters. Either way, the shifter felt it was her responsibility to find the child and transfer her to the safety of headquarters. There were plenty of capable people there who could tend and protect the young girl, thus Nyla glanced around, determination flickering in her turquoise eyes.
After her call, the shifter's eyes locked on the young, dark-haired girl. Quickly, a smile lit Nyla's face despite the cold, the woman jogging over to the young girl. A slight calm transcended over the blonde as she closed the distance between them, evidently pleased to have found the child who she assisted. A large smile remained on her face as she received thanks for protecting the young girl.
"It's not a problem! Now, where are your parents? Do you know?" She inquired quietly.
Finding the parents of the young girl was Nyla's first priority, especially considering she could potentially tip off the other units where some individuals needed rescued from. Although, the shifter knew the young girl will be escorted to the TRS headquarters where she would be her safest and warmest. There was a softness to the blonde's face as she quietly awaited the answer, not minding the wind tousling her hair or the frightful cold fighting against her temperature regulating bracelet remotely.
