Welcome to The Duality of Man, an original animanga role-play that features numerous supernatural creatures. Unfortunately, these various species have distanced themselves because of the war that occurred thousands of years ago, plaguing some with eyes that only see their dualism. While others meddle themself with their differences, two groups fight, each attempting to eliminate the other in for their definition of worldly peace. These two groups of the Terror Response Syndicate (TRS) and the Assembly of Phantoms (AP). With individuals fighting merely over their differences, it brings uncertainty to the outcome of this war.
We happily accept all role-players as long as they obey the rules and are capable of meeting our word count of 50. This does include those who are unfamiliar with this style of role-playing. The staff of The Duality of Man are willing to happily help those who are new to the role-playing world so they feel comfortable on site. Feel free to message the staff if you need help, they can be found here or in the site Discord and will gladly answer questions alongside calm concerns. If you have any suggestions we would love to hear them; guests may use the support board as a suggestion area as well. Heat has broken through into a glorious summer. The snow has entirely dried through the spring, leaving to the brilliance of the warmer months. Terror activity has risen as people are brought out of their homes, leaving the TRS in a position of consistent work. Each are attempting to maintain victory in the endless struggle for power.
Since the wonderful members of TDOM enjoy the site enough to play around on it, this thread is to assist with the site's tidying! Functionality is important and we want to make the site functional even if its activity will be minimal at best!

[attr="class","zylanspeaks"]The atmosphere of the park was a wondrous experience that lifted the young nekomata’s mood to a high sense of euphoria. Despite his dark eyes merely enjoying the serene spectacle of flowers, the plants accomplished wonders. Inside, everything stirred with a quiet excitement as he fancied the varying views provided in Crow Feather Park. Flowers were gorgeous creatures of Enki’s beautiful earth, their blossoming petals admired for ages by the male. The people around him were blurred into the background as Zylan savoured the view.
Powerfully jovial emotions pulsed through Zylan as he giddily gazed over the endless flowers. The soft hum of bees echoed in the nekomata’s sensitive ears as the creatures accomplished their duty. He adored nature and the calmness generously provided in a beautiful reverie of colour and movement. Inside, his heart fluttered happily as he admired every precious second. Everybody around him filtered through, perhaps not noticing the divine blessing of the flowers. His attention would waver until his sensitive ears managed to detect a feminine voice.
Gradually, his dark eyes landed on the young woman, a brunette with shimmering mismatched eyes. The young man gave her a gentle smile. A positive grin was easily brandished when the mood proved genuine. Quietly, the dark-haired man waved back at her, his feet slowly approaching. Her outward friendliness appeared at the right level to avoid overwhelming him or leaving him questioning where the conversation would inch. Her truthful words brought a broad grin to grace Zylan's face, his expression and eyes brightening alongside it.
"They are," he agreed, voice cheerful and quick. "Every spring, I try to come here and look at them. The park workers do such a good job, don't they? They always pick good ones and through the seasons, more blossom and grow! Ah... It's so beautiful."
The ever-widening grin on Zylan's face exhibited the young man's giddiness. Comfort was discovered here, and Zylan officially discovered himself a fellow flower admirer to spend it with. Rarely would the male florist find people outside of work who enjoyed the beauty of flowers. Normally, he would only have delightful conversations with coworkers and customers, thus, finding another who appeared to comprehend the wondrous, gorgeous aesthetic of flowers was a miracle.
