Welcome to The Duality of Man, an original animanga role-play that features numerous supernatural creatures. Unfortunately, these various species have distanced themselves because of the war that occurred thousands of years ago, plaguing some with eyes that only see their dualism. While others meddle themself with their differences, two groups fight, each attempting to eliminate the other in for their definition of worldly peace. These two groups of the Terror Response Syndicate (TRS) and the Assembly of Phantoms (AP). With individuals fighting merely over their differences, it brings uncertainty to the outcome of this war.
We happily accept all role-players as long as they obey the rules and are capable of meeting our word count of 50. This does include those who are unfamiliar with this style of role-playing. The staff of The Duality of Man are willing to happily help those who are new to the role-playing world so they feel comfortable on site. Feel free to message the staff if you need help, they can be found here or in the site Discord and will gladly answer questions alongside calm concerns. Summer 2024
Heat has broken through into a glorious summer. The snow has entirely dried through the spring, leaving to the brilliance of the warmer months. Terror activity has risen as people are brought out of their homes, leaving the TRS in a position of consistent work. Each are attempting to maintain victory in the endless struggle for power.
Since the wonderful members of TDOM enjoy the site enough to play around on it, this thread is to assist with the site's tidying! Functionality is important and we want to make the site functional even if its activity will be minimal at best!
Tristan hadn't complained a single time being in Nathan's embrace, having been here roughly a week or so. It had only taken him two days or so to no longer feel sick and another day to decide that he was going to join TRS to become a scout to keep a closer eye on Nathan. Not that he was brave when it come to dealing with Terrors, he wanting nothing more than to hide away from them but to think his friend ran the risk of being harmed or the fact that his father hadn't managed to find him yet lead him to believe he would likely be out of a job soon so what better position than becoming a TRS member. Of course before that happened he would have only one question for Nathan first. He had a crush on his friend ever since he met him back in high school, the feelings developed into something so much more after they had graduated.
Only believing briefly that it might be a loss cause when he had fainted outside of Nathan's house a week ago. Of course during his ill state, Nathan had seen a side of him that proved fear towards his father but he chose to keep the details of the dream as vague as much as possible. The last thing he wanted was for Nathan to worry about him. When my father finds me, I'm going to be in so much trouble.... He won't be happy I've been gone a week.... he also won't be happy if I manage to get Nathan as my.... Oh I'm jumping way ahead of myself, the first thing to do is to ask Nathan than worry about it later since dad is all for me marrying a woman.... I hate how traditional my parents are.... He was pulled from his thoughts as he moved down the hall, having been in the bathroom for the last few minutes to go back into Nathan's room.
After the exhausting hardship of a recent mission, Nathan slowly opened the large manor doors to reveal the lavish inside of his home. Slowly, he entered with a duffel bag strapped to his back and a small bandage covering a tiny cut on his right cheek. Behind, the doors closed with the assistance of servants, others hastily approaching their master to take the duffel bag that contained his dirty uniform alongside the knives that required washing. Passively, Nathan allowed them to, feeling joy over having the weight taken away. A black t-shirt covered his torso, his arms being covered by the camouflage hoodie he oftentimes wore. His pants were simply jeans meant to be fitting for the attire he chose; he wanted to make certain his appearance was well-maintained considering his favored house guest.
A lip-tight smile crawled onto the vampire's face as he walked towards the stairs that led up towards the upper floor where the bedrooms were held. The manor gradually grew into a happier place with Tristan around, the servants even appearing more relaxed around the sadistic hunter. With somebody incredible like his blond friend around, Nathan found it easier to enjoy time spent at home and around the man he was crushing on. Focusing on everything bad was difficult when Tristan around, which made the vampire favor the human's company. A week had passed since the fainting incident, days being spent at home to tend to the blond while he was ill; only recently had he returned to work. Hastily, Nathan ascended the stairs towards the upper floor, making a quick effort to make his way towards his room. The familiar door was opened into the dark room, although, the vampire frowned at his discovery.
"Tristan?"
The call was given as Nathan began walking around his room. Immediately, the vampire's eyes wandered the room in search of his crush, hoping to see his beautiful face and hear his wonderful voice.
Tristan was almost back in the room, unaware that Nathan had beat him back in there until he heard Nathan calling out his name. He is just so adorable. He thought to himself as he slowly walked into the room with the intention of trying to sneak up from behind Nathan so that he could surprise him with a hug. You would think after knowing Nathan as long as he did that he would learn that sneaking up behind your friend was a bad idea but it didn't stop Tristan, nope, it only encouraged him to try even more. He took slow steps as he inched closer and closer to Nathan, hoping that he would have the chance to get close enough to hug him before his friend had time to turn around. Of course that was proving to be hard because his friend was a vampire and he was merely only a human.
He opened his arms out, planning on wrapping them around Nathan, unaware of what would await him when his friend noticed that he was no longer alone in the room. Once he was in reach, he was rewarded with his friend freaking out on him, which included him being smacked in the nose. His hands would raise to his nose as if holding it would give it comfort as he tried getting the pain to go away. He got a full view of the outfit Nathan was wearing and couldn't help but feel somewhat thrilled at least see his friend home again. "Hi Nathan." He answered, cheerfully, not about to be upset that he got smacked in the nose since it was his fault for trying to sneak up from behind Nathan in the first place.
Carefully, Nathan's eyes scanned the large, dark room with ease due to his night vision. Currently, the vampire appeared to be the on inhabitant of the room which brought the question of where Tristan had gone. There was mild concern and disappointment in his crush being absent from his room considering his longing to see the beautiful man. The wonderful company that Tristan provided always soothed the hunter while being separated caused anxiousness to spark. A soft sigh escaped Nathan's lips as he began to walk towards the bed, deciding to rest while he waited for his crush's return, although, he was unaware that Tristan was sneaking behind him. As his human crush drew closer, Nathan began to realize that he was not the room's only occupant.
The sudden smack aimed behind him was because of his hunter instincts taking hold of his body. After around a year of hunting, Nathan hated the concept of a terror managed to ambush him which gradually transformed into a paranoia of sorts. Once the damage has been dealt, the vampire swiftly turned to face a presumed assailant only to discover his crush holding his nose. Immediately, Nathan's heart rate spiked as the realization arrived that he had injured Tristan due to his paranoia. The cheerful greeting sparked feelings of nervousness despite the tone; he felt guilty. Wounding an important person definitely did not impress said individual and the vampire was growing concerned that his crush would dislike him for the smack. Hastily, Nathan rushed towards Tristan, gently reaching his hands out to touch his crush's shoulders.
"Tristan?! I AM SO SORRY! I DIDN'T MEAN TO HIT YOU!" The vampire stated rather loudly, his tone making his guilt obvious. "Are you bleeding?! I can get you some tissues if you need! I'm so sorry!"
There was a mild tone of panic in Nathan's voice as he attempted to apologize for accidentally hurting Tristan. Concern marked the vampire's countenance as he tried to check if his crush had a nosebleed. The guilt continued gnawing his mind, the green-haired teen feeling horrible for injuring his precious Tristan.
Tristan couldn't help but find amusement in the fact that Nathan had found him standing behind him, it helped him try and forget the pain his nose was currently feeling right this moment. Nathan had reached out to touch his shoulders. "It is okay." He answered, but he didn't think Nathan heard him because his friend was asking if he was bleeding before stating he could get him tissues. It was clear to him that Nathan had felt bad but it wasn't his fault, he knew that he shouldn't have tried sneaking behind his friend in the first place. It was cute, seeing Nathan freak out over his well being, as it was cute for him to react in other ways. He held a smile on his face. "I'm fine."
It was a lie, his nose hurt like hell as if it wasn't in the correct position, he could feel the bleed seeping through his hand as he tried placing pressure to make the unwanted pain go away. Of course his other hand was holding his nose to try and catch the blood that kept coming out because he didn't want to make a mess with it. That was the problem of his past, his father would be upset if he got even a little spot of blood anywhere and he wasn't a fan of doctors because of his countless visits that were thanks to his father. "Second though, tissues might be a good idea." He didn't say it to try and make Nathan feel bad, he was just tired of having blood on his nose and felt like he could be happier if the tissue was catching it instead.
There had never been an instance that Nathan could recall where he physically harmed Tristan. A strange sensation sparked from wounding his crush, a phantom pain erupting, but ignored in favour of worrying. A tight grip was maintained as the vampire scrutinized his crush's face for any signs of bleeding, however, it was difficult since Tristan was holding his nose. Softness mingled with guilt in Nathan's yellow-green eyes as he stared at the blond. He felt horrible for his instinctive defending. Even when Tristan stated he was alright, the green-haired teen maintained a concern countenance. Heart rate has skyrocketed for the vampire due to his numerous worries over Tristan's health. There was a smile on his crush's face, but it failed to comfort the vampire.
When Tristan lied, Nathan was quick to notice as red dribbled out from his hand. The phantom pain continued, almost to insist that his crush was wounded badly. There was mild relief when the blond asked for the tissues, granting the hunter the privilege to retrieve them.
"Stay here, I will go get some," Nathan stated hastily.
Without waiting for a response, the vampire released Tristan, using his incredible speed to exit the room for tissues. He rounded the corner into the dimly lit corridor, heading in the direction of a small storage closet between the washroom and his bedroom. The door was quickly opened, Nathan nearly slamming it into the innocent hallway wall. There was a plastic bag that possessed 5 tissue boxes and in his rush, the vampire grabbed the entire bag. Once safely in his grasp, the door was slammed shut in a rough manner before the vampire used his superior speed to rush down the hallway and back to his precious Tristan.
Tristan couldn't help but sigh when Nathan had told him to stay here. Though his crush was going to get tissues, he wasn't a fan of being out of his presence, even if it was only for a few minutes. I really should have gone to the bathroom to wash up. He couldn't help but hope that Nathan would take his time getting him some tissues, so he turned around and started for the door, deciding at the last minute that he was going to the washroom to wash his face from the blood after all. He should have known that Nathan wouldn't be long, but as luck would have it, he would come to realize that quickly as he met Nathan in the hall. Tristan found himself looking up at the ceiling, having landed on his back in the fall.
His nose was uncovered to show that it was bleeding heavily. He quickly put his hands back over his nose to hide it from view, for one, he didn't want Nathan freaking out over seeing it but two, he still didn't want his blood getting all over the place if he could help it. Perhaps I should have walked with Nathan to the bathroom. He thought to himself, forcing a small smile on his face, he answered. "Hi again Nathan." It had turned into a grin. "Sorry, I decided at the last second that I wanted to go to the bathroom to rinse it off first.... I didn't mean to cause trouble." He answered, thinking that it was his fault that he was currently on his back now. It isn't this bad.... not really. He closed his eyes for a moment before opening them up again. "Perhaps washing it off, than the tissues?"
Guilt continued ruining Nathan's mood, making his stomach churn with paranoia over Tristan beginning to hate him. Imagining the amount of blood pouring from the blond's nose made the vampire's heart skip several beats in concerned. The imagery occupied his thoughts, causing the green-haired teen to increase his efforts in running faster while maintaining a tight grip onto the bag holding the tissue boxes. Servants gazed upon his panic, lifting eyebrows to the peculiar behavior of their master. Seconds were passing, the vampire hastily drawing closer to his doorway, to his crush who awaited him. Unexpectedly, a familiar shape entered the hall and Nathan attempted to halt his extreme-speed run, but to no avail. The force of stopping through him into the man who entered the hallway, both falling towards the floor in a mess with the vampire on top.
The tissues had tumbled to the floor, sliding across the polished, wooden surface. With panicked clouding his yellow-green eyes, Nathan stared down at Tristan, the individual he crashed into. The guilt increased as the hunter realized what he accomplished and noticed the heavy bleeding of his crush's nose. Despite the grin and words, the vampire immediately felt his heart drop from witnessing the blond's nose bleed caused by him.
"Oh my god... Tristan I am so sorry! I didn't mean to..." He exclaimed, desperately attempting to apologize.
When Tristan mentioned heading to washroom then tissues, Nathan vigorously nodded while moving to allow the human up. Once the vampire returned to his feet, he offered his friend a hand up. There was no concern about getting blood on himself, they were heading to the washroom and he could always manipulate it off of him. An apologetic expression remained on Nathan's face as he stared at Tristan.
"Here, give me your hand and don't worry about the blood, I can wash it off," Nathan stated quietly.
Patiently, the vampire waited for Tristan to hopefully take his hand in order to lead him towards the bathroom. While he awaited for the human's response to the gesture, Nathan was pondering several ways to apology and make retribution for the trouble he caused. The concept appeared to be the correct option and the hunter's primary desire was to make his crush happy.
Tristan knew that Nathan had ran into him on accident, it was one of the mains reasons why he was so forgiving in the first place. The other reason was that he couldn't be upset with his crush, not when he had feelings towards his friend. He would reach out to comfort his friend but the last thing he wanted was to get his blood all over him. To his surprise, Nathan had offered his hand, he felt bad for taking it since he had blood on his hand still but the last thing he wanted was to be deemed as rude for not accepting help, since he wanted it, he just didn't want to trouble his friend. Nathan helped him to his feet and he couldn't help but feel grateful that his crush had helped him to his feet.
"Thank you." His hand remained in Nathan's not making an effort to pull away as they made their way to the bathroom, once inside, he would reach over with his other hand to turn the water on, aiming for it being warm before letting go of Nathan's hands to wash his off, than rinsing the blood from his face before waiting for a tissue to damp his nose with. This isn't how I expected my morning to go, but Nathan is as adorable as ever.... He knew that trying to sneak up behind Nathan had backfired in his face, but that wouldn't stop him from being amused by his crush. He was pulled from his thoughts, not even thinking about his nose hurting, more focused on what he wanted to say to Nathan since he had started staying here.
"So, I have a question for you." He started, finding himself somewhat nervous after a moment. "I care about you Nathan." He wanted Nathan to know exactly how he felt. Perhaps care wasn't the right word, it didn't express how he felt about Nathan. He wanted his friend to be safe from the Terrors. He took a breath. "Well I think it is more like love struck and I can understand that you might not feel the same way, but I don't want to part from you." He felt his face become red from embarrassment. "Will you become my boy friend, Nathan?"
Self-consciousness had spiked as a result of the situation that Nathan found himself imprisoned in. Multiple times, he has unintentionally brought harm to Tristan which generated concerns over his crush's health and opinions. The current circumstances could never provide a positive opinion, leaving the vampire incredibly nervous. Continuously, his heart ached with worries over any negative thoughts that the blond could possess. Those pains soothed slightly when his crush gave his blooded hand, causing Nathan's heart to flutter. Immediately, the hunter closed his hand around Tristan's, maintaining a tight grip while remaining cautious to human fragility. Slowly, he led the human towards the washroom while feeling the intense pangs of guilt. While he continuing walking towards the bathroom, he found comfort in being warranted the opportunity to hold Tristan's hand; it felt special, sending flutters throughout his chest.
Blood pooled in his usually pale cheeks, turning them a faint red and creating an uncomfortable heat in his face. The thanks oddly increased the blush, making it vivid against his pale complexion. The concept of his crush thanking him after all those negative occurrences was mildly soothing and he prayed that he would be forgiven for accidentally hurting him. Once they entered the washroom, Nathan brought Tristan towards the sink and stared at him for a few moments with a worried expression. When his crush released his hand, the vampire admittedly felt disappointed from the action. Despite the blond having blood on his hand, the green-haired teen still craved an extensive amount of time holding Tristan's hand. Gradually, his eyes flitted towards the hand that held Tristan's, discovering the traces of blood on his own skin. A gentle sigh escaped his lips while he watched the blond station himself in front of the sink to cleanse his skin.
Once Tristan finished, the vampire grabbed one of the remaining tissue boxes and handed a few to his crush before accessing the water himself. While he began rinsing the blood from his hand, he heard Tristan begin talking which earned his attention. The vampire's eyes flitted towards his crush as he grew attentive towards whatever inquiry he possessed. The initial statement that the blond made about caring cause Nathan's blush to increase, resulting in him fixating on the running water over his already clean hands. As the confession progressed, the green-haired teen's blush enveloped his face, going to lengths to reach the tips of his ears. It felt as though his heart was going a million miles a minute with no hopes of soothing. When the question arrived, Nathan froze, trying to process the incredible question that Tristan had asked him.
"... You... want me to be your boyfriend?" He nervously squeaked while his eyes gradually looked towards Tristan. "... I would love to... but why? I have been causing you trouble all morning... I accidentally hurt you..."
The faucet was turned off, Nathan drying his hands on a nearby towel before closing the distance between himself and his crush. Confusion remained in his yellow-green eyes, mingling with hints of concern and nervousness over the concept of being entrusted with the privilege of being Tristan's boyfriend.
Tristan was grateful when Nathan had handed him a tissue box and started catching the blood from his nose. Though it wasn't broken, it still hurt like hell and until the bleeding came to a stop, he would at least feel somewhat better that tissue would be catching his blood and it wouldn't be getting all over the place. When he got the nerve to ask Nathan his question, he had removed his hand from holding the tissue against his nose so that he wouldn't sound so high when speaking, of course that meant the risk of blood dripping from his nose but he would handle it in just a moment. What once was a blush on Nathan's face, seemed to deepen in color as it reached the tips of his ears. His crush was so adorable. After his confession was admitted and his question asked, he placed the tissue back to his nose.
It wasn't bothersome to have it there, he just didn't want to talk when he needed to clog his nose to help stop the bleeding. Nathan's question had caught him off guard, but Nathan squeaking was too cute to ignore, causing a grin to form on Tristan's face as he felt his courage increase. Before he had a chance to answer, Nathan started asking his questions. The question confused him and the grin fell from his face. Or at least it had until Nathan gave further explanation to why he'd be wondering why he'd want him as his boy friend. "Yes, I do want you to be my boy friend. I also want you to say yes." The comment came out blunt, he couldn't help but feel nervous slightly when Nathan had moved closer to him. "Because you didn't mean to do so. Besides, your adorable being so worried over me." Perhaps Nathan's worry made up for the lack of worry Tristan seemed to have for himself.
"Say... yes?" He asked, a smile was slowly forming on his face as he waited to hear what Nathan would say to him next. Hoping that Nathan would agree to be his. The worry from his blood being all over the place seemed to disappear as his mind was only focused on Nathan.
Blood was pooling in Nathan's cheeks, making it feel as though his face had been lit on fire. Butterflies fluttered in his stomach, the nervous emotions making the vampire uncertain. Blush painted itself across the entirety of the hunter's face, making it a vivid red. The love confession that Tristan had provided earlier was still making his heart palpitate joyfully over the idea of being with his crush. However, Nathan found himself pondering how his precious crush deserved somebody better than him. Those numerous occasions where he had treated the blond horribly, pushing him away solely from the bitterness that had built inside. While he stood close to Tristan, his yellow-green eyes scrutinizing the man he cared for immensely. Emotions were mingling as the vampire examined the most significant person to enter his life.
There were those underlying fears of Tristan being killed, bringing memories of previous torment from lost lives that were dearly held. Excitement and joy worked in tandem, generating wonderful days spent alongside the man he fell deeply in love with. The blunt comment that Tristan stated increased the intensity of the blush, the red consuming the vampire's face with ease. Bashfully, Nathan glanced down towards the bathroom tiles as his crush continued explaining some of the reasons why he desired to date him. When the blond asked him to say yes, the hunter's eyes flitted back towards the adorable man. Even with the tissues pressed against his nose, Tristan still remained divinely attractive to him. The vampire's eyes lingered, Nathan remaining silent for a few moments as the uncertainty continued. The heart palpitations were increasing, as though insisting that agreeing to the concept was required, almost as though something was pulling him.
Since the initial day that Tristan had arrived at the manor, there was always a mysterious force tugging him towards his crush, as though already aware of the blond's significance. Being around his crush had reminded him how to obtain happiness again, teaching lessons on how to smile and care for another person. The concepts of joy had been lost since Donovan had died, but Tristan's presence was life altering to the vampire. Slowly, Nathan's gaze lifted, narrowly managing to stare into those beautiful brown eyes that his crush possessed.
"... You act like I could say no," he responded. A smile formed across his lips. "Of course I will be your boyfriend... at least... if that will make you happy..."
Stating the words caused Nathan's heart to flutter joyfully, happiness finally conquering anxieties. The smile broadened as he gazed at Tristan and despite those underlying concerns, the vampire found himself delighted.
Tristan waited patiently for Nathan to say something, anything. He.... maybe he was trying to turn me down gently, oh boy.... I just had to faint in front of him. Maybe he is worried I'll faint again if he doesn't agree.... I should have figured, I mean he had pushed me away all those times prior, maybe I'm just lucky enough to be his friend.... Worry started to consume his thoughts, though his face expression continued holding that smile on his face as he tried to force himself to remain calm. It would be okay, it would be alright, no matter what Nathan said next, he wasn't about to let it break him, or at least that is what he kept telling himself. Nathan was looking into his eyes and he found himself staring back at him. The words that came out of Nathan's mouth had somewhat surprised him, he felt a mixture of happiness and disappointment. He was unsure on if Nathan wanted to be with him or if he had made the comment based from worry of him fainting again.
Ever since it had happened the first time, Nathan had seemed to become closer to him, much more caring towards his being. Though he was grateful, his heard hurt from the thought that Nathan might have only been saying what he wanted to hear over what he truly felt. Nathan's smile felt reassuring to him but he couldn't help but feel a great need in finding out the truth behind the comment, did Nathan mean it or was he just trying to comfort him some more. I hope he doesn't think I've changed my mind about wanting to be his boy friend but I must know. I must know how he truly feels over what I might want to hear in the long run. He blinked, pulling the tissue away from his nose to look at it before tabbing it against his nose to check for any more blood before tossing it into a nearby trash. Well at least the nose bleed has stopped. He took a break, "Will it not make you happy?" He asked, looking back towards Nathan.
"I don't want you to be unhappy." He added, the overwhelming feelings of concern from earlier became apparent on his face. The once smile on his face had turned into that of a guilty one, the last thing he wanted was for Nathan to be unhappy if he was with him.
While Nathan remained uncertain of his worthiness as Tristan's boyfriend, the vampire at least wanted to attempt to make him happy. The peculiar love spell that had transcended him after his friend fainted in the front yard as result of a sickness had never ceased the torrent of romantic afflictions. Heart palpitations, blushing and general excitement being generated by the close proximity he shared with Tristan over the passing days; the pair even shared a bed. They were nearly inseparable with the exception of days where Nathan was required to work alongside washroom breaks. Despite the newly discovered closeness they shared, the vampire's mind remained fixated on the days where he would essentially torment Tristan by trying to push him away. If they were going to start dating, Nathan knew he would have to work endlessly to compensate for the horrible actions.
His eyes remained locked on Tristan, watching as the blond disposed of the tissue, revealing the entirety of his face. There was always an attractive essence to the human's face that caused Nathan's eyes to linger. There was reassurance in the nose bleed ceasing, allowing for the vampire to feel calmed about Tristan's health; the guilt remained though. Then the inquiry towards his happiness came from his crush's lips, causing surprise and confuse to enter Nathan's expression. Why would he not be happy? The guilty countenance of Tristan's face made the hunter's heart ache. Only for a few moments did the vampire's eyes remained locked on him, a softness touching his expression while he pulled away from the sink to dry his hands. Words could never describe the intense feelings of joy that would be provided being with Tristan. Slowly, he closed the distance between himself and his crush, carefully reaching out in an attempt to caress the blond's cheek.
"Why wouldn't I be happy?" He murmured gently. "I'm just worried I won't be good enough for somebody incredible like you. So, if you're happy, I would be too. That's all I want for you, Tristan, is for you to be happy."
A small smile twitched across Nathan's lips while he stared directly into Tristan's eyes while he stated every word. There was a fluttering in the vampire's heart, a faint tint of pink colouring his cheeks from the admittance. Time passed, the hunter taking the opportunity to analyze Tristan's face, his heart making demands towards the next action. Despite the nervousness, Nathan carefully leaned in to hopefully kiss his crush. The desire had lingered since the day he cared Tristan through the doors of his home and assisted in making his precious, blond friend feel better.
Tristan couldn't help but feel surprised when Nathan had moved closer, the distance that had once been between them ceased. His heard skipped a beat as he forced himself to stand still so that he could remain close to his crush. Nathan's hand had reached his cheek, caressing it. The worry seemed to vanish an instant after hearing Nathan's comment, finding himself speechless because he wanted to believe Nathan's words, the smile across his face was just so comforting. When the pink reached Nathan's cheeks, he couldn't help but stare at his adorable crush with amusement. He was just so attractive and hopefully all his. Time seemed to pass, but he wasn't in a rush to move from his spot. If they were fated to stand here for the rest of their lives, he wasn't about to complain, though he wasn't expecting Nathan's next daring move. Nathan had moved in, he hadn't been expecting it, feeling somewhat nervous as Nathan's lips touched his, his face felt warm as his cheeks went bright pink. He couldn't help but feel a great need to melt in this blissful kiss, slowly he attempted to wrap his arms around Nathan as he kissed back.
