appearance With a semi-short height of 5’7” and little muscle disposition, Elio could never be considered a force to be reckoned with. Rather, he adheres to physical attractions of those searching for somebody with a “cuter” aesthetic. As a short, young man with limbs proportional to his body, Elio comes off as small from a size and weight perspective. Limbs leaning to the willowy side of the spectrum in weight, holding an unexpected grace despite his shortness. Painting his body is fair skin leaning a little more to the paler side. In terms of markings, Elio is lacking, being fortunate to not have a scar or blemish across his fair complexion. Due to his enjoyment of playing the guitar, Elio’s fingers, while gracefully long, are calloused covered from years of running across strongs with a pick. Matching his slender body is a well-shaped face perched atop his neck. Relatively high cheekbones station themselves on Elio’s cheeks. Despite his high cheekbones, Elio has adorable, plump cheeks. They are well-filled and pinchable for those who may attempt the goal. In addition, his nose is petite and his lips slender, making his face have a sweet, youthful smallness. Most enchanting of Elio’s traits are the beautiful aquamarine eyes shining from his darkened bangs. They sparkle in light, ebullient and radiating with positive and happiness at most times. Though in sadness, they can take a drearier turn, softly greying over. Another unique trait is Elio’s soft-to-the-touch hair. A majority of the base colour is a rich dark brown, while in the front a streak of red reaches down past his chin. In the back, strands dyed a tanned colour reach out in a ponytail. His hair is long-ish, with locks occasionally drifting into his eyes. While being various with clothing, Elio manages to have one designated style of clothing. This consists of casual wears and generally comfortable outfits. He adores thick sweaters, wearing them whenever possible. Frequently, depending on weather, Elio may switch between short or long sleeves without much thought. As for pants, Elio enjoys both options of jeans and sweatpants, the latter preferred on particularly cold days or on days he is searching for comfort. abilities Light Manipulation -- Advanced The ability to manipulate light, allowing the user to make solid light or small balls that illuminate areas. Admittedly, Elio had learned the ability in order to stay up and read manga while his parents sleep. Though, eventually, he gained a curiosity of the ability of which could not be rivalled. Elio can accomplish small tricks of the light, even being capable of creating varying colours of light. In addition, he can make solid objects from the light around him or through creating. Though, due to lack of training, Elio does not have a basis in combat-based light manipulation. At most, he may accidentally create a shield when startled by someone or something to protect himself. Extensive hours of manipulation can leave Elio exhausted with ease. Creation tending to take more energy from the young man than manipulating existing light. Electricity Manipulation -- Intermediate The ability to manipulate electricity, allowing the user to also create electricity. Functionally, Elion learned electricity manipulation for the purpose of emergencies. Therefore, Elio’s electricity manipulation works in acute amounts. He can give small spurts in order to charge a phone or other device. If he uses his electricity manipulation slowly, Elio is capable of keeping an appliance going for approximately 30 - 60 minutes. This allows Elio methods to avoid the banes of power outages or in situations of being away from modern implements. Though, Elio is completely incapable of using his electricity for combat purposes. At most, Elio can give someone a nasty static shock to stun them, but a majority of people can fight through the sensation. Holy Water Creation -- Beginner/Unused The ability to create holy water in a small bottle. The notion of holy water creation has always perturbed Elio since learning the negative effects it can have on demons. Therefore, Elio is untrained and refuses to try it. The last thing he wants is to burn someone in an accident! If he tried, Elio would discover himself exhausted. Healing -- Mastered The ability to heal another individual through touching them. All biological constructs will stitch together and furthermore, sickness can be cleared from their body. Poisons and excess of medical drugs can also be healed by Elio. When he heals other people, Elio is required to hover his hands over the person, most effectively over their wounds. In situations of poisoning or overdoses, Elio’s best strategy is to heal these inflicts. Fortunately, Elio has learned the ability well to assure his younger siblings would be alright. Therefore, Elio can heal multiple times, even being able to heal fast enough with focus to bring people from the brink of death. The more severe the injury, the more energy it drains. The young man can focus his energy and heal wounds faster, but this consumes more energy. If accomplished repeatedly, Elio can get a headache from it. Wing Manifestation -- Intermediate The ability to summon wings from one’s back, allowing the user to successfully fly or use them as shields. Always, had Elio held mixed feelings about heights. Thus, his wing manifestation is untrained, only learned for the purposes of gliding when needed. At most, Elio may consider flying at low heights, but it is rare for him to go over approximately 12ft. This causes his summoning time to suffer greatly with Elio’s wings taking approximately 30 seconds to spawn from his wings. This in addition makes his stamina low, meaning he is only capable of flying for a max of 30 minutes. Wards -- Beginner/Unused The ability to create wards on items or places to keep certain species out. An ability that Elio easily has mixed feelings for. He believes wards will only create more divides between people, therefore, he refuses to use them. Should he try, he would face similar effects of draining on his energy. Blessings -- Mastered The ability to bestow blessings onto another individual, granting them aspects like energy, luck or even positive sensations. From a young age, Elio wished to assist those around him, specifically his friends and family. The young boy became masterful in blessings. Through physical contact, Elio can bless his intended target, allowing him to assist them. When using his magic, Elio’s hand released a soft glow. The ability slowly drains his energy because of his skillfulness in the ability. Though should Elio use it excessively, he will start growing tired. Naturals: Electricity Immunity, Immortality backstory As a pair of parents with tons of siblings, when Anita and Burk Frost married, many expected the gaggle of children they would have. The pair adored children and from the moment they started their family, it became clear. Several children were birthed into the Frost family, making for a genuine gaggle of children. Though, with a large family arrived difficulties in fixating attention on their individual children. Upon his birth, Elio hastily learned the functions of the household. Many times would the child have to vy for his parents attention, shouting away to watch what he could do. Alas, Elio learned that his parents could only spare a few seconds of a glance for his childish antics. Unintentionally ignored, the actions of his parents left Elio as a child who struggled for attention. With more children on the way and Elio a young toddler, he felt swept away with everything happening in the Frost family. Everything moved fast, the young child discovering quickly how everyone seemed to have something that garnered them attention. Meanwhile, Elio as a young stationed thickly in the middle struggled to gain those aspects of life. He felt lost amidst his many siblings and overwhelmed by the competition searching for the long-desired parental attention. These moments brought Elio into a withdrawn state, often playing by himself while searching for opportune times to gain the attention of his parents, yet, the mission felt impossible. His parents were concerned about his younger siblings and everybody else seemed to gain attention better than him. A hush flowed over Elio as a result, a silent jealousy entering his head on some occasion in the midst of his failures. Upon his entry into school, the feelings of disorientation inside the large family only increased. From the beginning, Elio recognized and learned the quirks of his teachers. Their memories grasping at the familiar faces of his older siblings and accidentally miss applying the name to him. He remembered hearing their names several times over, Elio’s mind creating the illusion of being among the only fading together faces in the school. The piling emotions of lacking anything special about him weighed heavily onto the young boy’s shoulders. He struggled to believe there was anything unique about his entire being. From the manner he acted and behavioured around others to the skills he retained from learning in class. He simply felt like another in the dozen for the Frost family children. It created the undertones of a long-time conflict in Elio’s life as he searched for something to allow him to stand out amidst his siblings. The requirements of moderating many children brought forth the causeulty of certain defined details slipping through the cracks early on. The warning signs of a child who felt uninteresting and among the masses of average being a product of an upbringing being overshadowed. In his childhood, Elio felt benign and unimportant at times. He tended to be the quiet child, reading in the corner and lacking friends to stand at his sides despite his reserved sense of friendliness. Others simply appeared to gain the attraction of others more than the blue-eyed Frost child. Educationally, the dark-haired boy received average grades with a few instances of being above depending on the topic at hand. Then his life was led by an overwhelming sensation of exhibiting mediocrity throughout his childhood. In the end, Elio’s parents struggled to catch onto the warning signs of a child who needed a dose of confidence boosting. As Elio entered his adolescents, the effects were becoming obvious. The child was awkward in social practice and withdrawn towards others. The last one picked for anything, the child who needed to approach the teacher about having no lab partner again and the one who regularly hid himself in the corner. The young child was dissatisfied and lonesome through middle school, leading to him feeling upset. It leaked into his homelife, the child always faking a smile and giving a half-hearted “School was good today”. It became the stepping stones of his parents’ worry as they took him aside. They began asking him what was happening at school, going into more depth. Then out of the blue, Elio inquired about whether or not he was special. They assured him he was, alas, despite that he merely wore a smile and pretended it was true. Everybody else already showed him time and time again he was merely another face in a crowded room of people. High school was questionable for the initial years of Elio’s entrance. With his feelings of unimportance and averageness grew, a soft shift in style started. In an effort to assist their son, they warranted him certain things such as the opportunity to dye his hair and explore clothing options. While these minute changes cultivated a sense of betterment, things would inevitably get better. The discovery of his favourite band brought forth ideas Elio required to survive the high school jungle. He became obsessed with Ask The Undefeated at 15, being the type to listen to every song and get it downloaded on his phone. Eventually, he began singing along and soon he grew enamoured with the concept of music. A day arrived where he quietly approached his parents. How his voice quivered as he asked if he could be signed up for guitar lessons. He never asked for anything before, thus his parents leaped at the idea. The day Elio was signed up for guitar lessons was when he discovered that special thing. He had a knack for music and enjoyed strumming the strings and singing the words. He excelled in the skill, gradually discovering more joy in the hobby. His mood altered greatly as Elio gained a slight confidence in his musical skills. He signed up for music class, learning more and gaining a mild admiration for his skills. Things were looking up for Elio as he found something he considered beyond valuable to him. The following year, he received a guitar for his birthday, which he cherished greatly. He remembered the day as a time when tears surfaced and he thanked his family for the greatest gift. Though, over time a tragedy would befall Elio’s favourite band when they announced a member of theirs dying of an overdose. He remembered crying for hours, his parents inquiring about his upset. The answer could hardly be spoken through his quivering lips as congestion claimed his throat and mouth. Ask The Undefeated meant everything to Elio for without their influence, he would have never strum the chords of a guitar. They comforted Elio the best they could, but for a time, he found himself sorrowful. For weeks he displayed a melancholy rising in his mind, infecting his brain. However, the flow of life prompted him forward and over time he recovered, he cherished the band that sparked his love of music and guitar. Eventually, Elio got a part time job during high school, later shifting into a full-time position after graduation.
