appearance At a height of 5’7”, Tatianna is a tall woman, however, this exemplifies her beauty and style. With long, graceful legs and a gorgeous hourglass figure, she frequently finds herself admired for her natural beauty. Her body is slender, holding lean muscle from regular exercise and a proper diet. She enjoys the beauty, assuring to maintain her body as needed. Her nails are well-trimmed and occasionally painted. Her arms are well-portioned to the remainder of her body, often containing a similar grace to the remainder of her body. Among Tatianna’s more unique features is her grey complexion. While her tiefling genes makes unique skin colours more probable, it remains unusual. Among her most noticeable traits are the pair of ram-like horns curving out from her sea of dark locks. The base of her curved horns holds a reddish hue, fading out into an orange colour. They are smooth to the touch. Surrounding her gorgeous reddish horns are magnificent wavy curls that reach down to her hips. Her dark hair is brown, going lengths to be a near-black shade and appearing as such in certain lighting. Perched on Tatianna’s face are high cheekbones, maintaining her slender appearance through thinner cheeks. They lead down into a strong jawline and sharply curved chin. A sharp nose with a slight upturn centers her slender face. Another of Tatianna’s unique traits are her eyes which received the unique treatment like her complexion. The sclera of her eyes is a yellow-orange colour and frames a pair of deep, ruby red eyes. She occasionally enhances her features with makeup, but this usually consists of lipstick. Provocative and punkish is Tatianna’s clothing style. She adores wearing short shorts with fishnet stockings running down her smooth legs. Crop tops and leather jackets is a frequent style of hers. Occasionally, she will rock a plaid skirt with a black graphic tank top. She adores clothing that shows her skin a little bit and intertwines it into her image as a rock band singer. For shoes, she adores tight boots with a heel that meets her midcalf. She only wears casual or formal wearing during serious moments, otherwise, she avoids it like the plague... abilities Electricity Manipulation -- Mastered The ability to control electricity, allowing the user to forge bolts of lightning and shock people. As a performer, one must consider their audience at every turn and include bedazzling them. Rather than use her electricity manipulation for combat purposes, Tatianna regularly uses the ability for a “special effects” show. Her electricity, while dangerous, is well controlled and meant for complex designs to go hand and hand with her music. Although, receiving an electrical shock from Tatianna will harm somebody. She is capable of accomplishing a stun, allowing her to escape. The closer somebody is to the palm of Tatianna’s hands, the greater the shock. The palms of her hands act as the source of her electricity. Overuse can drain her, resulting in Tatianna requiring rest. Furthermore, creating electricity takes more energy than using an available source. Hexes -- Advanced The ability to use circles forged of blood or chalk to summon, heal, disguise, see or teleport. Ideally, Tatianna only uses three of the provided hexes. She practiced herself in healing to assist with first aid measures, although her skill is best set on moderate wounds at a max. Severe oftentimes means her hex circle requires longer activation and drains her of energy. The disguise hexes used by Tatianna are frequently used for entertainment value or an escape should it be required; more often the former. In her performances, she occasionally uses disguise hexes to alter her appearance to fit into the song. Usually, this will disappear once she starts getting exhausted. Meanwhile, teleportation is used for both practical and entertainment reasons. During performances, she may have a teleportation hex on stage to bedazzle the audience with some magic. Otherwise, she uses it to avoid being late or for quickly returning home. The more she teleports or further, Tatianna’s energy will start draining hastily. Enhanced Speed -- Advanced The ability to move with great speed, beyond that of an average individual. Being capable of dancing with a quickened grace has given Tatianna an unnatural appeal. She trains this ability to improve her stamina. Furthermore, enhanced speed comes in handy for close calls or moments of running late. Once again, this ability lacks any battle-handy capabilities because of Tatianna’s lack of training on that frontier. At most, Tatianna would use this ability to flee and avoid any troubles or to accomplish quick time movements. Extensive usage causes Tatianna’s muscles to get sore. Anything extensive potentially causing her to be bedridden. Curses -- Beginner The ability to place curses upon other people to summon negative effects. Due to the illegal state of curses, Tatianna avoids this ability like the plague. She refuses to get a talking to by RCMP because of a damned curse! Therefore, she hardly touches it and should she consider it, she would lose a majority of her energy from a single curse. Naturals: Enhanced Endurance, Electricity Immunity backstory Born in Nice, France, Tatianna lived a life with two musically inclined parents and a song in her heart. Destiny flourished in her song heart, her heartbeat pumping to the rhythm of a drum. Faint memories of parents singing to her and guitar strings being strummed entered Tatianna’s mind as she enjoyed the walls of her home. The history of Tatianna’s life made many realize her love of music was cultivated from a young age. Her parents’ musical hobbies inspired her and kept her on the path she adored. As a child, she would sing what her parents played, joining them in the song. The games they played and the fun they had made Tatianna a happy child soaked in attention from her parents. Endless smiles and happiness filled her childhood as they supported and taught her the wonders of music. At a young age, Tatianna proved to be a songbird. Youth singing contests littered her life, Tatianna singing anything she could. Her parents taught her, even starting to gradually show the young tiefling how to strum the chords. Through her elementary school years, Tatianna was regarded as a singer, teachers helping to support her wishes. France brought her a sense of happiness. Her youth even filled with spontaneous trips around the country of her birth. She even saw Paris since her grandparents lived in the loved eiffel tower. Eventually, the small side-jobs Tatianna’s parents took possessed a small session of singing from their young daughter. People praised her, smiling and clapping as the little girl completed her song. They were a family of singers, happy and cheerful as they entertained others. With friends surrounding her and supporting her, Tatianna flourished in the city of Nice. Her fellow students supported her, her parents and everybody in between. The happiness in her life was never ending as she danced through elementary years and into her junior, but things were changing. She remembered how summer approached, meaning another year of school completed by the young French student. The year was finishing up and Tatianna was excited for summer to hit and her to spend time with her parents. Alas, the offers her parents received resulted in abrupt news. One day when Tatianna completed her school day, her parents sat her down and explained something to her. They would be moving away from Nice, France because her father got accepted into a high-paying job in a producing company. The young child was stunned and frightened by the idea of moving away from everything she knew. As the news was shared, Tatianna displayed sorrow about her situation. She wished to remain in France, but instead they would be moving to Lorsette, Canada. Her friends frowned at the thought, each promising to stay in touch as numbers were double checked. Nobody could assist her in remaining in the country of her birth, therefore, she was bound to move. Through the summer, she enjoyed her final moments in her birth country. Playing with friends and basking in their companionship. Unfortunately, summers never lasted forever as the end of August approached. Everything was packed up and prepared to be moved overseas with her father’s employers assisting with the expenses. With that, the Martell family gathered on a plane and flew over the ocean in favour of Lorsette. Through the months leading up they improved their English and arranged for their citizenship. Now they merely needed to arrive. As they entered Canada, they were greeted by her father’s employers and given the grand tour. The daughter even gained the opportunity to view the school she would be attending in the fall. Nonetheless, Tatianna found herself fearful of the path presented to her, perhaps from being so young and caught in unfamiliarity. As September arrived, Tatianna was introduced to her class and attempted to fit somewhere. In the end, the young woman fit best in the one place she felt a consistent confidence, music. She began making friends a majority enjoying her musical talents. Although, as words of aspirations were exchanged, an envisionment entered Tatianna’s head. A specific aesthetic coinciding with the rock music she enjoyed. She wanted to start a rock band and start playing around town with cover songs from those favoured hits. It began with practicing, and as Tatianna turned 18 and graduated high school, she began the look. Fishnet stockings and short shorts, crop tops and leather jackets, it all joined her arsenal. With her change in outfit and style came the makings of her band, Imperial Lunacy. She begins gathering people, eventually meeting a guardian named Xin who became the band’s drummer. Finally, she discovered herself getting comfortable as an adult in Lorsette, Newfoundland. For what felt like centuries she played alongside them, her happiness strengthening with every sange cord, until that day... How could she forget when he betrayed them?! Despite the closeness they gained towards one another, Xin decided to quit the band. Never had the young french girl ever felt so abandoned by someone. He claimed it under guardian duties, but Tatianna refused to believe his ridiculous words. For years they went on without him, continuing the band with a new drummer... Then when she saw him, an idol, famous and doused in riches... It boiled inside her, every piece of resentment towards him kicking into high gear. She avoided him, but should they interact, Tatianna proved snappish towards him. She felt hurt and abandoned by somebody she shared her world with, who she painted the walls with song alongside and someone who felt like her first long-lasting friendship in Canada. There were people in high school, but when post-secondary came a majority began pursuing other careers with a small handful sticking beside her. Nowadays, she has gained an infamy in Lorsette, playing at clubs and bars who need some musical entertainment. Nothing like the celebrities, but something meaningful to her existence and enjoyment as an entertainer.
