Alas, unlike most shorter people, Luciano is surprisingly athletic with a muscular body that he frequently keeps in shape. Oftentimes hidden beneath his shirt is a set of abs which usually surprise people if they get a glance. These muscles are lean, thus they can be hidden beneath clothing, making them difficult to notice. The slenderness of Luciano’s muscles allows him to appear slimmer than expected. He has a fair complexion with some medical scars, however, these are fairly minimal. He keeps it hidden beneath his clothing, refusing to reveal those scars. These scars are pale and done neatly, assuring that everything would be tidied. After plenty of exercise, Luciano’s hands have become more calloused, however, it fails to bother him. For years, his mother assured his hands would be more delicate, which is something he despised in the past. Facial features make Luciano appear handsome because of the formation of his face. High cheekbones are settled onto his face, making his cheeks appear slender. Furthermore, his strong chin makes his face appear slender and attractive. On his face is an average-sized nose, giving his face an average appearance. There is something magnificent about Luciano’s eyes, making them intriguing to most people. Their colour appear purple with subtle hints of blue, the brightness of their colour oftentimes attracting attention. They are bright in colour, making them somewhat enchanting because of their unique shade. These eyes are framed by a pair of glasses with red frames and small lenses. The glasses help him see long distances and without them, he struggles to see. Atop Luciano’s head is thick, blue hair which is usually kept tidy and well-brushed. It is shortly trimmed and somewhat side-swept to the right. Covering his body is among Luciano’s goals when it comes to getting dressed every morning. He prefers long-sleeved shirts which reach the base of his neck or comfortable turtlenecks which covers more. The only time Luciano will wear t-shirts is during extreme heat to avoid being stared at. As an informant, he is aware he is required to blend into crowds to allow him to gather information. Similarly, he enjoys wearing pants opposed to shorts. As of pants, he usually wears basic sweats when he desires to be comfortable or jeans when he wants to appear more professional. Rarely, will Luciano decides to wear formal clothing, thus it is unusual to see him in a suit. Frequently, he would simply wear a white dress shirt with a black suit coat and black slacks. While Luciano has swim trunks, he usually tries to swim privately or will keep a shirt on because of his insecurity. Regularly, Luciano keeps a charm around his wrist which keeps him from shifting into his siren form when exposed to water. When exposed to water without the presence of his charm, the lower half of Luciano’s body transforms into a long, blue tail designed for swimming through water or even lava. These scales reach up to his chest, successfully covering his stomach. Just below his elbows will become scaly, his fingers getting webbed and a pair of fins extruding from his elbows. Similarly, his ears gain a fin-like appearance, however, he is still capable of hearing. A pair of long antennas extrude from his head. abilities Sound Manipulation -- Mastered The ability to manipulate sound, allowing the user to change pitch and volumes. The user can also alter the way their voice sounds with this ability. As an informant, being capable of disguising oneself is a crucial ability. Being able to simulate the voices of other people allows Luciano to fool other people and gather information without issue. He accomplishes this by altering the way his voice sounds, making it different from his original, more identifiable voice. Furthermore, the ability can be used as a stun or a weapon should Luciano require it. He can increase the volume of noises he makes, allowing him to use sound to successfully stun people. Similarly, Luciano can mute his sound, which can allow him to sneak past people without much difficulty. Alas, despite being capable of manipulating sound, Luciano can be affected by his sound manipulation if he does not remain cautious. These sounds can harm his ears and cause him difficulties. Every ability eats a chunk of energy, and Luciano’s sound manipulation is no different. Changing his voice consumes the most energy since it is a meticulous process which Luciano has to focus on and be cautious with. Siren Song -- Beginner The ability to sing and hypnotize others into coming closer, allowing the user to effectively bring people closer. The siren song is a mysterious force, something which Luciano finds frightening to use. He despises controlling people against their will, therefore, he refuses to use the ability. Alas, lack of usage makes it impossible for him to properly control it, thus it has kept his singing voice silenced. Should Luciano sing, people are attracted to his voice, being lulled into a sense of security as they follow the beautiful voice. Some can resist if they possess will-power, alas, there can still be difficulties. Illusion Manipulation -- Mastered The ability to manifest illusions to fool people’s senses, most prominently sight. The user can also fool hearing, smell, touch and taste. Illusion manipulation is something Luciano consistently uses because of its useful purposes in hiding himself. The manipulation of illusions allows the informant to hide his appearance, allowing Luciano to successfully disguise himself as another individual. With these illusions, he can fool camera software, however, systems which require fingerprints and eyes can oftentimes see through the illusions. Shifters and other creatures with enhanced senses can potentially get through the illusions, but this would take focus to discover the truth. When accomplishing these types of illusion manipulation, the meticulous manner of usage does consume a lot of his energy. Furthermore, large-scale illusions can eat away at Luciano’s energy as well. The young infant failed to survive passed her birth, thus, Luciano was somewhat of a miracle. A healthy baby boy, respectfully given the middle name of his fallen sister. The occasion was designed for happiness and splendours galore, but the single mother found herself celebrating alone in her hospital bed. The baby’s father had been a mere fling, somebody she met and accidentally got impregnated by. Everybody in the family remarked on Miranda’s reckless behaviours, especially with the manner she sought men for meaningless one night stands. She held hardly any respect for her slender, curvy, female figure and any man could easily find enjoyable refuge beneath her sheets. Some people thought perhaps she would change for the sake of the infant she carried for nine months in her womb and others worried about the child’s fate. Nurses smiled as they watched the young mother held her precious infant son. None knew of her rocky past, but were overzealous to watch the newest life coo in his mother’s arms. Eventually, Luciano was delicately plucked from his mother’s arms and whisked into the nursery. A safeguarded place for an adorable infant to be housed until his mother recovered from her labour efforts. Happy medical attendants watched over the child, merrily accomplishing their expected duties of each evening. The child was cared for throughout the night, being fed before being given the opportunity to nap. Those would be among Luciano’s only pleasant moments when inside a hospital, a place which would eventually herald uncomfortable memories. After a few days of recovery, Luciano was returned to his mother to be taken home. She appeared to happily gaze at her child, gleefully returning home as any mother would. Alas, hell arrived with a smiling, caring face. Symptoms of sickness manifested within days of the child’s return home, his mother frantically calling medical professions with claims of sickness. Consistently, Luciano was returned to the hospital, his mother explaining symptoms and pushing for diagnostics which the frantic doctors shortly believed. Prescriptions were given to assist the child’s illnesses, however, the doctors were unaware of the manner Miranda Hillsburg planned to play everything. She wished for her child to depend on her entirely, her malicious ideals being a twisted way of child abuse. There were several factors to Miranda’s behaviour, such as her stillborn child made her attached to Luciano, the woman even using the name Lynn instead. However, most crucial for Miranda was the attention she received for losing a child and the improvements which arrived with sickness attracted her. Frequently, Luciano was made sick by her mother through whatever means she could. As far as the world knew, Luciano Lynn Hillsburg was a very ill child. Those toddlers years were memorable moments for Luciano, the nightmare being horrible. Since the sicknesses were created by his mother’s intervention, there would be moments when Luciano felt fantastic. Observers were confused by these conflicting attitudes, however, the doctors were constantly informed of sickness. The abuse proceeded as Miranda alleged her son had mental illnesses which made him difficult to handle. She used it as an excuse to accomplish some strange actions. In the evenings, she tied Luci to his bed, even dressing him in female outfits similar to a screwed up version of a dress up doll. When tied up, his mother brought strange men home, sometimes showing her son and saying the woes of raising Luciano. She mentioned he was a siren, saying her daughter needed attention... it was necessary... The peculiar people would enter his bed, doing things... asking questions... but before anything bad would happen, his mother would pull them away into a back room. The actions disturbed the young boy, tears rolling down his face as he struggled against his bindings to no avail. The child was homeschooled to avoid anybody discovering Miranda’s disturbing secrets. She wanted her child completely dependent on her, thus she kept making Luciano sick and gave him medications inappropriate for the child’s requirements. Alas, Miranda’s steps would not be carefully done forever, those steps being taken when Luciano was 8. The woman’s methods of making him sick were overdone, forcing her to take Luciano to the hospital in a feigned panic. The doctors worked quickly, narrowly saving the child’s life, however, Luci needed to rest. The files were looked over, the doctors decided to do a medical evaluation on the child who seemed frequently sick. There simple evaluation unlocked contradictions to certain medical issues, resulting in Miranda Hillsburg being removed from the room. When Luciano woke, the doctors asked questions, he answered everything honestly, informing them of his horrible home life. Horrified, they called the police and Miranda was arrested and taken away. He remembered the way they entered his room, kindly explaining how his mother did horrible things to him, however, she would not be allowed near him anymore. It was a relief to the young child, but where would he go now? The hospital attempted to gain information about Luciano’s father, soon finding a name and calling the man. He had never known about his mysterious 8 year old son, the man officially having a wife and two children who were younger than Luciano. Despite this, he agreed to drive down to take the child and care for him. Throughout these actions, the young, frightened boy sat in his hospital bed. He feared the possibility of being taken somewhere he would despise or his mother would somehow return. The sickening thoughts made the child curl into the fetal position as he waited in his hospital bed, frightened. Part of him resented the middle name Lynn, but was it not merely a name? A momento from a person he would never meet? The sounds of voices sparked the child’s attention as a man entered, his uniform proving him to be a uniform. He talked politely to Luciano, asking questions about his mother’s actions and calmly explaining that his mother did a bad thing and he would be recording the conversation. Hesitantly, the child told his story, the officer being extremely polite. The RCMP officer was pleasant, his behaviour allowing Luciano to be more open about what happened to him. When everything was finished, the circumstances were obvious. The child was abused through the earliest days of his life. The disturbing information prompted the officer to gain as much information as possible. When finished, Luciano was thanked and informed everything would be alright. The recording was turned off and the officer returned to the small group at the hospital to give them the information. An hour later, a different man appeared through the door, escorted by a doctor. The doctor was explaining how the man’s name was on the birth certificate. They were given time to talk, his supposed father proving to be a serious man. The father gradually became acquainted with his son, soon agreeing he would take the child home. After a few days in the hospital, Luciano was taken home by his father, completely healthy. They gathered the blue-haired boy’s items and moved him to a small house in Aria Village. Shortly after being moved, his father, a man named Vincent Dahmer, got Luciano’s name legally changed to Luciano Dahmer. The middle name was kept, however, unmentioned by anybody in the household. The boy despised the notion, but appreciated no longer being Luciano Hillsburg. When he entered the household, there was some public schooling mixed with private lessons. When questioned about it by Luciano, his father explained his family was expected to join the Assembly of Phantoms. He told his son to never inform the police, or else he risked being placed back in the custody of Miranda. Frightened, Luciano listened and never gave information about the family’s expected occupation. Complaints were limited as Luciano lived as a Dahmer, learning to become an Assembly of Phantoms informant. His father taught him plenty, proving to be the superior parental figure. The young child was even becoming closer to his younger half-siblings and step-mother. There was comfort in the small, Aria Village home, something which Luciano never expected to have. When Luciano entered his teenage years, he began exercising regularly as a testament to his changes. He worked hard on eliminating his slender figure in exchange for a well-toned body. The young man found himself proud of his body and success in becoming stronger. Unfortunately, through high school, people began flirting with him, fixated on the strong physical appearance Luciano had. Each was refused by the somewhat disturbed young man. Did they only care about his attractive appearance? The thought bothered him and Luciano came to resent the idea of physical attraction. He gave rejection to flirting, leaving the people who refused to become well-acquainted with him alone. Alas, there were tones of another fickle beast. The blue-haired man feared the idea of intimacy because of his mother’s cruel actions, thus, he refused any offers of flings or one night stands. When Luciano graduated, he began full-time working as an Assembly of Phantoms informant. He was not completely connected to the Assembly, however, he accomplished the actions for his family.
