Welcome to The Duality of Man, an original animanga role-play that features numerous supernatural creatures. Unfortunately, these various species have distanced themselves because of the war that occurred thousands of years ago, plaguing some with eyes that only see their dualism. While others meddle themself with their differences, two groups fight, each attempting to eliminate the other in for their definition of worldly peace. These two groups of the Terror Response Syndicate (TRS) and the Assembly of Phantoms (AP). With individuals fighting merely over their differences, it brings uncertainty to the outcome of this war.
We happily accept all role-players as long as they obey the rules and are capable of meeting our word count of 50. This does include those who are unfamiliar with this style of role-playing. The staff of The Duality of Man are willing to happily help those who are new to the role-playing world so they feel comfortable on site. Feel free to message the staff if you need help, they can be found here or in the site Discord and will gladly answer questions alongside calm concerns. If you have any suggestions we would love to hear them; guests may use the support board as a suggestion area as well. Should you decide to join, may I say welcome to the site and we all hope you enjoy your time here.

A resounding thud emanated from the small basement of a certain vampire's residence. Min did well to utilize her sound manipulation abilities to stifle out any unnecessary noise from the heinous deed she had just done, until of course, she grew tired of it. With a flick of her wrist, the invisible soundproof field surrounding the basement area dropped and in turn resulted in the anguished cries of two female voices crying being heard as a smiling Min emerged from the door and promptly shut it close. Their faint cries can still be heard, although no one outside would be hearing them unfortunately. Shades of red and crimson stained her white camisole, bandaged arm and light pink pajama pants, that in addition to a few splotches in her upper arms, and her right cheek. Her loose hair remained unruly as ever, they too were soaked in blood it would seem.
It had been months since she had been with her beloved Koda, and for months she has made her feel things she had never before felt in her short 2 decades of existence. She had performed his every task, followed his every whims and satisfied him in ways even she herself cannot comprehend. Slowly, her scratched and bruised hands clutched a bundle of her voluminous hair as her nutty smile turned into a grin of uncertainty as she once again struggled to regulate her own breathing. To her, Koda was perfect in every way, yet she could not deny the feeling of rage welling up within her regarding some of Koda's actions. She did well to hide her frustrations everytime he expressed joy in meeting any woman that caught his eyes. The way he mostly preferred consuming the blood of young attractive women rubbed her the wrong.
By now Koda should have been well aware of the line he crossed the moment he professed his love to a woman like Min. The girl was admittedly not the best at hiding her feelings after all. Yet time and time again, she heeded her beloved Koda's words, that she will always belong to her and that she was 'special' to him. She gritted her teeth in the meantime as she slowly began regaining her composure... that's right, knowing Koda, he would probably return here before long. She had... been preparing this for a few months now...
After a certain incident some weeks prior, she has been compelled to shield herself from public view. Nevertheless, that did little to stop her from stalking her victims in the cover of the night and bringing them home for the harvest, Koda has certainly taught her well in that regard. However, today's batch was a bit different, unlike the other cattle which Min merely bled out for rations, these women's voices she heard out....
With her head twitching a bit, she instead surveyed the premises. Pools of blood on the floor that trailed from the basement door, broken furniture, clear signs of a struggle nothing too out of the ordinary in this household really. Ah fuck, she forgot to clean that one up. Sighing heavily, she cracked her neck and approached the kitchen where her clearly damaged hands snatched a bloodied and severed human organ off the ground, nonchalantly tossing it into a nearby garbage bag. Afterwards, she curiously went to the couch and checked underneath...
Inhaling deeply, she clasped both hands and headed towards the bathroom. Those bitches were quite the tough bunch, hell she even had to off one of those skanks unintentionally, she was clearly asking to be made a mess out of by her clear attempts at provoking this mentally deranged girl. Well, technically... she did 'accidentally' kill most of them, she couldn't help it. She emerged from the bathroom carrying a bunch of cleaning equipment and shortly after, began vigorously mopping the bloodied floor as per normal.

Koda had been away for couple days or so meeting with a couple of people for a job. Here and there to get money Koda would take odd jobs just for some extra cash. And those odd jobs being killing people for others. It also served as way to get blood or at least just a meal. But it was worth while in the long wrong. With the amount of money he got from it and a meal out it. It also served into paying for where he lived. Which was an amazing thing. Blending in with the crowd per say as he was in the city just in the suburbs parts.
Koda walked up the front steps of his home and took out his keys and opened the door. He took a couple steps in. For the first time in a while he had changed his style up a bit. He had his hair slicked back instead of the one side his hair usually sat, his pony tail not there, instead his long hair just curled upwards a bit on his shoulders. He wore a long sleeve shirt that just had the sleeves rolled up. And black jeans. There was no need to wear anything special when going out to kill someone.
When he got into his house, he saw all the signs of a struggle, blood stains and a trash bag. The smell of blood lingered in the air, his nose picking up the scent of sweat also. As he walked a bit more into the house to see Min mopping the floor. "I take it, a good night?" he commented as he just looked at her, before walking over to her and snatching her, from the work she was doing, into his arms.
His red pupils glaring at her as he held her. "What did I say about killing people in the house." he said to her. "Repeat after me." he added as his eyes almost glowed in the moment. "If the TRS finds out we are here, we might die. So we keep our killing to the streets." he said before releasing her. He wasn't mad or anything, but it would be a damn pain if anyone found out they were living so close to one of the most powerful forces in the world. Especially Min considering she was member of the Assembly. If they found out they would be in deep shit. And Koda did truly love being in the city, so much food for the picking.
Koda didn't want to move, he had worked hard enough to keep his identity safe. After all he is one of the most strongest vampires. Even strong enough to kill a vampire sect head just after a hundred years of being turned. Hell he could lead a sect of vampires, but what fun would that be with all of their rules. His power really only comes from his regenerative powers. Which he is known for.
Koda turned around and walked over to the fridge, when turning around Min could probably see the bullet holes littered through his shirt. But the marks on his body where the bullets would have been, are gone. They had completely healed. As he opened the fridge and took out a vile of blood. He popped the cap and walked back over to the kitchen table and sat down with the vile. "So I hope you are fine despite the struggle that seemed to happen." he said a bit out of concern. He knew Min could handle herself just fine. But compared to him, she couldn't take as many hits.
The fumbling sounds of the door being unlocked prompted Min to immediately glare at the basement door from where her still living prey lingered. Their voices may not be heard outside the confines of the house yet it may still be barely perceptible to those within the near radius. Before Koda made his entrance, Min immediately blocked off all sounds emanating from within the basement as her heart pounded in anxiety. Min began to sweat despite the subzero temperature outside, repeatedly drilling into her mind that such behavior will only make matters worse for her. Then again, it was not as if Min freaking out for little to no reason would have been out of the ordinary, in fact, Koda would have probably been used such nonsense. Sparing the bottom of the couch a fleeting glance, Min then immediately grabbed her mop and frantically began rubbing against the bloodied floor in her futile attempts to make it look natural.
Whilst forcibly engrossing herself with mopping, she just as quickly felt Koda's lingering aura, perceived his scent and heard his footsteps coming closer and closer. Before too long, Koda came into view and Min forced a fake smile whilst they both stared at each other. As soon as Koda uttered his comment, Min hastily blurted out "Oh, i-is nothing, just dropped... some parts and...". Obviously, she was trying to downplay her crime, as evidenced by the broken coffee table, smashed chair and slash marks on the walls. As Koda snatched her close, Min immediately squealed "A-am sorry... they running around... killed them...". Koda then followed through, the tone of his voice calming Min down and quickly turning her worried expression into a joyful one. "I-if... the TRS find out we are here, we might... die. So... keep our killing to the streets." Min replied in compliance with Koda's order.
Min was lost in his eyes for a moment before finally being released. Seeing him like that almost made her feel at least a bit of guilt considering her next course of action. Min kept her eyes glued onto Koda, her sweat gradually diluting the bloodstains on her skin. If only Koda knew what Min had been planning, if only he saw the two girls still squealing down the basement... Min could barely hold her giggling, she's really done it now. The very thought that her relationship with her most treasured person was on the line stimulated her in a most peculiar manner. In a little while, it will be all or nothing for the both of them, and as far as she was concerned, it was Koda's fault.
In the meantime, she studied Koda's movements closely, spotting the bullet holes dotting his shirt without any trace of blood... as expected of her beloved Koda! "Dinner, on table" Min stated cheerfully referring to the steel pot on the (bloodied) dinner table. Hopefully, Koda will be in the mood for sausage stew... using the blood of victims as well as some of her own as broth... Koda seemed to like those after all. Min slowly mopped her way near the basement entrance right as Koda asked her a question. "Is fine, took care of them, yes" Min responded heartily, her voice slightly shaking, nothing too unnatural for now.
Before the deranged elf realized, her grip on the mop had tightened. She couldn't help it, casually speaking to him like this as if all was normal despite what she planned to do... she felt like a really "really" bad girl right now... and she was liking it.

Koda looked down at the supposed dinner she had made for him. Same usual, he wasn't going to complain. He barely tasted any sort of food anymore if it didn't contain or was covered in blood. So anything was really fine he guessed. As he dipped his fingers into the stew pulling out a sausage and then smothering it in the stew for "added" flavor. He bit down into the link as the bloodied stew sprayed all over the already covered table. Koda had never cared for manners nor did it matter at the moment considering how ruined his house is at the moment. As she ate more and more of his "dinner" Min replied that she was fine. "Well good, if anyone was to hurt you, I would take my time killing any fucker that lays a hand on you." she said, as his aura darkened a bit from the remark he just spoke.
It was probably the first time ever that Koda had ever developed feelings this strongly for anyone in his long life. And it was mostly her fault, showing him the crazy side of her during that time the two of them mascaraed a whole squad of TRS. He kinda put two and two together that she had a screw loose. But nothing like he saw during the bloodied bath they had made during that night. It almost made his dead heart skip a beat. But it was hard to kill a habit that was centuries old in him sleeping around. It wasn't like the girls he fucked meant anything to him what so ever. It was an old habit that just didn't want to die.
As he finished his meal, he chugged the rest of the blood that he had taken from the fridge and got up. He removed his shirt and started to walk towards their bedroom. Since they were more or less together, they slept together...a lot. And Koda didn't really care that she had official moved in. In fact deep down he might even be happy about it. As he walked towards the room it probably noticeable that his new arm had new tattoos. Not to long after Min gave him a new arm he went and got new tattoos for the new arm. Which he had to say, the new form of tattoos with needles with an automatic needle gun or what ever it was, was amazing. He hadn't gotten tattooed in decades and he guessed their were many advances since then.
He walked back out of the room back into the living room with a new shirt on as he lazily leaned on the counter. Looking over at Min. "So I assume me taking you out tonight was a no go considering you have to clean this place." he paused for a second before his eyes glowed in a slight moon light that had pierced into the house. "And I wanted to kill some more people tonight too. Shame." she shrugged as he glared at Min. As kept his position leaning on the counter. He would have plopped himself somewhere but considering most of the stuff had either blood on it, or was damaged in some way, the only choice was to stand.
If only Koda saw Min a couple hours ago, then most of those poor hapless souls would have still been breathing, and a lot less bloodied. Actually, they're probably better off a dead, bloodied mess as unlike Min, Koda actually knows how to hold back. Her inherent ability to transfer her wounds onto other people proved very effective on masking the actual damage done by some of those women less apparent. The crimson red that strikingly stained her white camisole might reveal a couple of holes around the lower stomach area, further implying that things may have gotten really ugly earlier. That is not even mentioning the earlier abrasions and bruises on her head, face and neck. It was admittedly a risky gamble on her part, yet the stakes were just about to get even higher. After all, she has done nothing but risk everything her entire life... not only is she used to this, she literally can't bring herself to stop.
Min soon arrived before the basement door where she hastily began swiping away at the copious amount of blood trailing inside. However, the way Koda so heartily devoured her cooking despite apparently having lost his palate for anything but blood only intensified the throbbing sensation in her chest, for an entirely different reason this time. His subsequent remark only aggravated the uneasiness as it began to manifest in her shaking slightly, though to her credit she looked more like a lovestruck teenager being noticed by her idol than someone about to commit a crime, nothing too unusual for the vampire at first glance. Needless to say, Koda was making this hard for her.... A dumb-looking awkward smile now adorned the girl's otherwise pleasant Elven face before hastily blinking herself back to reality. She has to get her head in the game...
“날 갖고 노는 거야?” (Are you fucking with me?)
She subconsciously muttered out loud as she kept a wide grin and tightened her grip on the mop. Thankfully, Koda does not really know much, if any Korean to even understand. Though she mostly referred to herself, she could not deny that those words contained undertones of resentment directed at Koda. She knew how Koda would likely react upon discovering the bodies behind her, having embedded in her head the notion that all other women were worthless to him as compared to her. She tried to hold her peace, well at least "tried" for the most part, but soon came to the realization of the possibility that she'd lose Koda to some random tramp. She thought too little of herself to even have the confidence to claim that she's good enough for Koda...
A girl like her... seriously?! Someone who has time and time again, been told that she does nothing right. Someone who has time been abandoned by those she cared about so many times before. Someone who can't even keep her shit together under normal circumstances, of course any self-respecting man would abandon her for someone better! She may not be the brightest of people but she could at least understand, from years of experience that she truly was an undesirable freak, a defective specimen, the folks back at the North Korean facility were right in the end. What other alternatives does she have... but to make Koda understand... she can't lose him, oh no she won't...
As Koda headed towards the living room in its still chaotic state, his following remarks once again awakened her from her temporarily blanked out state. "Ah... y-yes, have gathered blood... many blood..." Min then pointed towards one of the garbage bags where she stacked an ample amount of blood bags collected from earlier. Beside the said blood bags lay the bags containing, curiously enough, human organs, mostly kidneys, eyes, livers and even hearts. After all, some sick bastards on the black market were willing to offer six-digits for some of these 'commodities', how else could Min repay her debts? Before long, the crimson of Koda's eyes met with Min's, compelling her to respond, "S-sorry... will... make it up... to you, yes..." Of course, by then, Koda probably knew what Min implied... which is unfortunately not the case this time. Min took extra measures not to glance too much at the basement door or or the lower portion of the couch... having little recourse other than pushing her luck with this foolish venture as per normal.

After Koda had finished his meal as he walked the dishes over to the sink and started to wash them out. He may be one of the most powerful beings ever, but he isn't above a simple chore. As he let the water run down the bowl, grabbing a sponge and putting a dab of soap on it and went to work cleaning. As the warm water ran down his hands, he couldn't help but think about that night when they fucked that squadron of TRS members apart. It was so damn sexy seeing Min loose herself in her own blood lust. It turned the twisted vampire on, that was for sure. If they didn't have to run he would have most likely taken her right then and there and finished what they had started before they were interrupted.
Koda is a twisted man, not really caring for others well being, only looking out for himself for the most part. Until now that is, having Min, he has extended his horizon just a bit to include the deranged elf. But still, for almost a thousand years, he has been this way. Causing distress and destruction everywhere he goes. He wouldn't have it any other way of course. As he glanced over at Min as she was still hard at work cleaning away until the spurt of Korean echoed into the room. He kinda wished he understood the language a bit considering it seemed like she spoke it better than English. He just shrugged as he finished cleaning the dish and putting it on the rack to dry. Koda just never took no for answer, he would get what he wanted one way or another, blackmail, force, killing, what ever it took to get what he wanted, he would do.
He walked back over near Min and leaned against the wall as he heard her say lots of blood, which he couldn't complain about considering that was his lively hood, what he needed to survive, and then she would make it up to him. Now that sounded good to him. As he took a couple steps closer, leaning down and warping his arms around the poor elf and lifting her to her feet as he just forced her close to him. His red eyes iris's surrounded by the black staring down at her. "Then why don't you stop cleaning, that can be later, and you make it up to me right now." he said rather seductively as he leaned down, his vampire teeth extending out from their basic form, that of his K-9 teeth, and sinking into her neck. Koda's hunger for blood never fading, only under control. As he started to suck the sweet sweet blood of the his elven beauty.
Here he comes... the closer he got, the more Min struggled internally just to suppress her urge to break into the usual lovestruck gaze. Nonetheless, she apparently took extra measures to switch herself to 'work mode'. With eyes set to kill... well not literally, her widened-eyes blankly stared at Koda as he neared her. Before long, she lost her grip on the mop as he promptly held her in a tight embrace in a way such that she was lifted off her feet. The intense reverberation of Min's heartbeat would have rebounded towards the vampire's chest as their faces were now mere inches away from one another. Her beloved Koda wasted no time in readily disclosing his carnal desires, after which Min could no longer conceal flushed face.
The sweat from all corners of her body were quite noticeable from this distance, her eyes slowly closing the moment Koda's bloodlust took effect. She arched her head upwards, baring her tender-looking neck for the thirsty bloodsucker to feast upon. A soft moan emanated from the half-fae's lips as soon as Koda's teeth sank into her skin and flesh, the resulting sound could only be described as an unholy fusion of pain and pleasure. Min lost herself in ecstasy, dispelling the sound barrier she had put up within the basement. In the midst of Koda's literal feasting on Min's blood, faint tugging noises could be discerned from inside the basement.
At this point, Min actually had no plan. Hell, she certainly was not in the mood for further scheming at the very moment. At least that was the case until a barely audible, anguished bellow emerged from the basement, immediately yanking Min out of her semi trance-like state. Considering that they were both within reach of the basement door, Min took the liberty of swinging her weight towards the door while she still remained in Koda's arms, her back colliding with that of the door's. As another, more perceptible scream came out from the other side of the door, Min could not help but shoot the door a spiteful gaze whilst gritting her teeth. Those goddamn whores just had to run their mouth at the worst possible time, it was as if they had the gall to remind Min to hurry the fuck up already...
Regardless to whether or not Koda was satisfied with his serving of blood à la Yun-Ha Min, the slightly blood-deprived girl nimbly turned the door's knob. The basement door slowly swung open with a resounding creak, fully revealing the excessive trail of fresh blood still dripping by the stair's wooden steps. The inside would have been pitch dark, nothing really detrimental to both Koda and Min's eyes. This was it, ready or not, the wheels were in motion. Min will have her answers if it's the last thing she does. This time, the defiant scream of one of the women could be clearly heard.
"SHUT UUUUP!" Min retorted in a most infuriated manner, no longer caring if someone hears her from outside or not.

Koda's sharp fangs sank their way into the her lovely neck. First the taste of sweat was prevalent. Salty and not too pleasing for the vampire considering what he was after was the iron taste of blood. But soon enough, the puncture wounds that he had mad drew blood, and quick. Taking the actions of a simple minded vampire, he started to suck. Pumping blood from her veins down his throat. By this point and time in their pretty fucked relationship, Min had marks all over her neck and shoulders from his urges to drink. Luckily for her Koda knew when to stop to not kill her. Admittedly it was hard for the vampire to stop sometimes.
Fae's were rare to be able to sink his teeth into because they were either not around or their damn songs would suppress his blood lust like they did that night they killed some TRS. But now that he was dating one, blood from the elf was supplied every other day if he so chooses. The sweet tasting blood, so sweet it almost hurt his teeth. The taste of a elf was so amazing he sometimes got lost in the moment and would keep sucking blood till the moment Min sometimes pass out from the blood lost. Which is when he would usually stop feeding and patch up the wound so she didn't die. It was rare now that he drank so much to do that to her. But if he was starved, there would be no telling what he would do. After all it has been century since he was starved to the point he blacks out to his lust for blood, going on auto pilot to drink gallons of blood from people leaving a mass murder in his wake for blood.
Koda felt Min pull towards the basement door until they thumped against the wall. It didn't really hurt him, but he didn't stop sucking the blood from her very veins until he heard some muffled noises coming from the basement. That was when Min yelled shut up as she opened the door. Now seeing the fresh blood still dripping. The smell of the blood was very familiar for some reason. As he looked at Min whom was still in his hold. "So uhm, you going to explain what that was or am I going to find out when I walk down there?" he asked rhetorically with a raised eyebrow, as positioned his leg under her and freed his arms ripping apart part of his long sleeve shirt to wrap around her neck to stop the bleeding from his fangs.
As he heard the screams one more time. He was curious what she was up to now. As he let her go and stood at the basement door looking down into the darkness. The smell of the blood still getting to him because he knows the scent, he just couldn't pin point it. As he looked at him before starting to descend into the basement one step at a time.
There it goes, Min croaked out as loudly as she possibly could in the midst of the vampire's jaw compressing against her throat. If it were not for Koda holding her rather intimately, the frantic Min would have heedlessly made a mutilated mess out of both the captive's faces right away. Unfortunately for them, they would probably just regenerate anyway, no wonder they survived this long. Koda retracted his fangs off of the girl's neck, his attention instead diverting towards the excessive amounts of blood leading down the stairs. At that point, Koda would of course be at least slightly suspicious, more so if the blood and the anguished voice were recognizable
As far as Min was concerned, those two... were plotting something... The last couple of days, they appeared on the crosshairs of Min during her self-proclaimed 'reconnaissance' operations. Hell, that one slutty-looking red-haired bitch woman even dared TALK to Koda once. The expression he saw on her beloved's face that day... just what is it there were talking about? What is the relationship between the two? Why is he treating her differently than his other 'friends'? There was absolutely no way Min would let that slide... She will extract the truth from her and that one other skank her adorable-looking buddy down even if it meant picking out each and every organ and tissue in their bodies.
Naturally, Koda blurted out a remark pertaining to the grisly scene. One would assume that Min literally bled her victims dry, which she would generally avoid in this scenario since she would rather gather them for the vampire's consumption. Almost immediately after Koda looked at her, Min's expression switched from an agitated frown to that of a gleeful yet weak smile. Still nauseous from blood loss, she took extra measures in clutching her arms tightly around his body. The vigorous clattering of wood soon resounded throughout the basement shortly before a hoarse voice of a woman bellowed out a curse in an old European-sounding language of sorts. Koda would have felt Min's heartbeat reverberating at an almost supernatural pace. "O-oh... forgot.... they were... still alive... hehe.." Min casually remarked in her futile attempt at coming up with an excuse.
Koda nonchalantly ripped out a part of his sleeve, a familiar sight for Min who instinctively grabbed her mass of dishevelled hair and pulled it back, revealing her still bleeding neck. Koda's bites were always precise and punctured the correct veins, resulting in a continuous stream of blood dripping down her increasingly pale skin. Under normal circumstances, her vampire lover would bandage the wound immediately, though that was unneeded since Min could just transfer all her wounds to one of the poor sows downstairs. Koda wrapped the article of clothing around her neck before long, rather tightly if Min says so herself. "FUCK YOU BITCH!" the same raucous voice blurted out from below. Ah fuck, it was tightening even more...is Koda choking her?
...Well at least Min wished that was the case since he soon let her go in order to inspect what was downstairs. She followed Koda's down the dark basement for now, naturally curious as to what Koda's reaction would be. Although unnecessary, Min promptly flipped the nearby light switch on upon nearing the scene of crime. As such, Koda would have feasted his eyes on two women clad in blood-covered and tattered medical patient gowns, bound to steel chairs. In addition to their arms and legs being tied with chains, metal stakes would have impaled and secured both limbs together. Furthermore, a handful of nails punctured the area around their rib areas. The red-haired woman shot Min a deathly glared as she growled in rage while the other girl with oriental features donned an eerily blank expression, seemingly out of despair.

Koda eye's adjusted as soon as the lights flickered on from the elf. He blinked a couple times more just to get used it. Following the trail of blood and the muffled sounds he came upon the two that were strapped into the chairs by the chains. The chains wrapping around and to make it even worse for the two, spikes being drove into their hands to really make sure they couldn't escape. Not only their hands but it seemed like Min took it even further by the fact all around their ribs spikes slay scattered. He looked at them with a raised eyebrow. As he glanced behind him towards the elf. Wondering how she got the red head at least. Considering he knew who she was.
He walked over to the red head and grabbed her hair tilting her head up towards his as he stared at her. "Well, Well, Well. Look at what we have here." he said a bit slyly. "And here I thought your sect was so powerful. But it appears with some wizardry or something you were captured by an elf." he said as he leaned down to her. "No wonder you begged for me." he lastly said before letting her go.
As he walked in front of the next girl. Taking a good look at her. Not really recognizing her what so ever. Maybe he fucked her at some point? He sure as hell didn't know. But considering how Min was acting lately he wouldn't put it pass himself if he did. They were both obviously not human. Just from the wounds they have, made it obvious, almost all humans would have been long dead from the blood loss by now. As the red head women tried to speak something but Koda extended his arm and grabbed her throat. Crushing her throat. She was annoying. Always coming to him whenever she wanted and begging him to come lead her sect. Bunch of piss ants if you asked him. They were weak, deciding to only feed on animals instead of humans. Maybe she wanted change or something. But not that it mattered. Koda liked being alone, along with doing what he wanted. Not being under the rule set of a sect. True freedom.
As blood from the women's mouth started to drip off his hand, as when he crushed her throat, she had spat out blood, as it kept coming out. Maybe she was drowning in her own blood. But at least he wouldn't have to listen to that annoying bitch anymore. As his red eyes focused back onto the oriental one. "So what is your deal." he questioned, his red eyes just staring at her. As the blank stare she had didn't falter or anything. Just stared in front of her. Not speaking or anything. As Koda kept his back turned to elf not really caring of her presence, more intrigued with the two women.
In addition to the blood splattered across the room were a handful of bloodied equipment and torn clothing. A couple of knives and a long metal pole covered in blood laid beneath the ground which Min stood. A surge of adrenaline circulated within her veins at the sight of Koda's startled reaction, as brief and subtle as it may be. She observed his interaction with the red-headed woman, a slight grin adorning her face in the meanwhile. The way Koda behaved towards this old... acquaintance of his fueled the half fae's repressed wrath. She understood not a single word of their conversation yet their familiarity with each other was quite obvious. The redhead vampire, Mara was apparently not lying about her and Koda's previous... relationship.
With bloodshot eyes Mara gritted her bloodstained teeth in the midst of Koda's hair pulling and taunts before croaking out in her hoarse voice "You are... a fool Koda... the Elven whore, where... did you get her?". In the meantime, she began coughing moments before an apathetic Koda let her head drop. Min was indeed lucky both vampires had underestimated her, hell it was quite obvious they were about to have their way with her after having lead them in Koda's house. Oh... the look on their faces after seeing all the other people tied down in the basement... just before Min struck from the shadows.
Min was aware of her weakness, she considered herself too low to even think of scuffling with vampires without a trump card... if it worked on two vampires then perhaps it could work on Koda as well. Her beloved vampire lover closely examined the other, now mind-broken girl, Ayumi. It was quite fortunate for Min considering how easily she could converse with this one, making her spill the beans though the same cannot be said for the poor girl. "You fucking... dumbass... your little bitch... sh-she will... she will-" Mara desperately blurted out before Koda immediately grabbed her throat, cutting her off. A soft, crunching noise emanated from Koda's finger's squeezing Mara's throat, causing her to involuntarily vomit blood and leaving her temporarily muted for now.
All the while, Min's grin widened, her sweat proliferating and hands shaking. Koda's full attention is directed towards the two vampires, leaving Min the opportunity to utilize her sound manipulation to block out the sound of her dashing out of the basement in order to grab her stashed items from underneath the sofa in the living room.
Ayumi's, who had for hours, been languidly staring down the basement's floor with her lifeless eyes, then lifted her head up after hearing Koda's voice. Almost immediately, her dull expression shifted to that of utter disgust and loathing, glaring daggers directly at Koda's eyes. "Koda... you bastard..." she uttered in Japanese, the hate in her voice quite palpable. In a most peculiar manner, she smiled before declaring "You will get what's... coming for you... oh.... you're fucked now..." after which she started chuckling weakly. One could only imagine how the conversation between Min and Ayumi went down...
Just as Ayumi finished her ominous declaration, Min dashed back into the basement, mere seconds after rushing up to fetch two particular objects. She now held aloft a bronze statuette of Akari which she stole acquired from the shrine in Aria Village's angelic district, also functioning as a ward against hell creatures. On her other hand was a large steel flask containing a liquid of sorts, which she gently placed at the wooden table beside her. Upon mere sight of the ward, all hell species including vampires reeled and weakened, more so the closer it gets. A grinning Min slowly strolled towards the group, breathing heavily in the meanwhile...

Koda looked at Mara with a bit of anger as she started to spit nonsense that he didn't really understand. It was more of the fact that Min found Koda than the other way around. Koda was known to sleep around yes. But the fact he joined the AP for shits and giggles expecting nothing really but ended up taking an elf. He hasn't really gone back to the AP since cause most of their people were kinda boring. Maybe he should go back just to see what was going on, now that it has been months since he has even been around them. When she spoke up again Koda destroyed her throat as blood started to drip on his arm from the blood being vomited up.
"You don't deserve to talk. Not after the shit you pulled 150 years ago. And your constant nagging for me to join your sect." he sighed as he released her throat now that she was temporarily muted. "The only reason I have the power to lead a sect is because of how fast I can heal. A simple stab wound, gun shot will heal in matter of seconds." he said to the red head as his red eyes glared at her. "Plus with my personality, what do you think I would even do with the sect." he was saying as Min had already vanished up the stairs. "I would legit tear it to the ground. Like I did when I was turned. Why do you think the southern American sect is no more. I killed all of them. They were all weak." he shrugged ending the conversion with the pitiful vampire.
It was true, Koda was no supreme vampire or anything. His strength is like any other vampire, his speed the same. His real abilities lie in the fact that wounds don't affect him. He heals too fast. His new arm would have grown back in a day or two if Min never healed it. Really the only way to kill the sadistic vampire was to legit sever his head from his shoulders. That was the only way to kill him.
As Ayumi spoke up as he had moved in front of her saying some more nonsense. "Heh. What the fuck did I do to you that you got this much of a grudge against me." he responded back in Japanese as he chuckled a bit. Seeing the daggers beaming from her eyes. "Did I turn you or something. Like damn." he continued as he just looked at her. Studying her for a moment, trying to remember a girl with her features. But nothing was coming to mind. "Yea I don't remember you." he shrugged as his thinking was cut by hearing something placed on the table behind him.
As he turned his head to see Min placing a flask on the table and holding a bronze statue. He looked at her for a moment before the sudden realization hit him. That was a statue if Akari. He has heard of it, but has never seen one ever. It has been said that was is ward of sorts to weaken hell species. Despite vampire not actually being a hell creature, they were very much considered one due to their nature. So the ward must of been made including vampires, as Koda suddenly felt a bit weaker. As he just stared at Min. His red eyes glaring at her.
"Min, Babe, what are you doing with that?" he asked taking a step back as she moved closer. This is how she caught these two. He thought to himself as she kept getting closer, feeling the ward taking it's affect. Koda twisting and and turning his head trying to fight the affects of the ward. But nothing seemed to work. As his fangs violently protruded from his mouth. Almost like a cat arching their back in a defensive manner.
Koda still trying to fight the affects of the damn thing in her hands, keeping his distance. As the closer she got, the more his stomach and innards twisted and turned, every instinct he had was telling him that what ever was going on, was not right. Despite this, Koda was still on his feet, probably unlike the two that were chained to those chairs that fell over the moment Min got close with that thing. That truly proved that Koda was one of a kind resisting a lot of the ward. Enough so that he was still standing...But for how much longer? And with the ward, did it weaken his healing? strength? speed? He had no idea. This is the very first time coming into contact with such a holy item.
Ayumi's glee immediately shifted into palpable animosity after Koda's nonchalant remark, apparently she was worth nothing in Koda's eyes. The scornful glare she shot at her tormentor is noticeably borne out of pure hate, gritting her bloodied fangs together in the meanwhile. This man gave her hope only to casually throw her aside and forget her, she could only hope that she would still be alive to witness what was to come. Ayumi began wincing and screaming in agony the moment Min held the ward towards their general direction. The half-fae's grin was genuine, her head twitching every now and then at each step taken.
The left strap of her top loosely drooped against her forearm as she lazily strolled closer at her victims. Both Mara and Ayumi could only writhe in their bound positions as immense pain circulated through the countless wounds Min skillfully inflicted upon them. It was no wonder she required so many other substitute bodies just to supply them with enough blood, even vampires have a limit. At least Min was now more aware of that fact. Min's widened eyes feasted upon the sight of Koda faltering at the mere presence of the ward. "Defeated them... with this, yes!" she proudly declared whilst dangling the statuette by its head as it teasing the vampires, the exhilaration in her voice apparent.
Suddenly, Min's eyes abruptly shut and a raucous ringing resounded within her head prompting her previous grin to turn into a frustrated frown. "네...네 맘으로 들어갈게!" she blurted in Korean whilst clutching her face tightly with her other hand. She performed deep and arguably exaggerated breaths before nonchalantly setting the figure of Akari down the floor at a safe distance from the still writhing Koda. "Ah... you okay? no no no..." Min asked as she shot Koda a sincere and worried stare. "Let Min help, stay still yes?" she added whilst holding both hands behind her back and leaning forwards slightly from her position.
Before long, she began clearing her throat and placed an invisible sound barrier enclosing the entire basement area. The whole area soon came under Min's spell...
The song was as alluring as it was pacifying. It is after all, one of the first and few songs she knew in her ancestral tribe's now extinct language that she still sang. A woman from back in her childhood days in the North Korean camp would regularly sing this to her and her fellow sisters in a desperate attempt to alleviate the pain and despair they suffered... The vampires would have felt its calming effect, rendering them near immobile considering the added disadvantage of the ward already weakening them beforehand. As for Min, she took this opportunity to look around while singing, picking up the 3 metre long metal pole and the carving knife from the ground.
A little before two minutes into the song, Min stopped and warmly smiled towards Koda who by now, had his back against the wooden wall. "There, muuuch better, yes!~" she beamed before staring at both hands now occupied by two items. This would not do, she has to place the knife somewhere first... As she sauntered closer towards Koda, she casually jammed the knife through Ayumi's right thigh, jamming it in place as the poor vampire could only wince in pain, her mind and body numbed both by Min's song and the mind-breaking despair she had already been subjected to. "Arigatou~" Min offhandedly remarked before facing Koda. "Now-"
In what appeared like an instant, Min dashed towards Koda with the metal pole gripped with both hands and the pointed tip aimed directly at her beloved vampire lover... She took great measures on ensuring that Koda's heart was missed, at least by mere inches. Perhaps out of both love and spite, she instead pierced through his rib area and impaling the veins between the heart and liver. The impact of her charge would have effectively pinned Koda against the wall as the metal pole penetrated through the wood behind him as well. As of now, Koda was near paralyzed. Min on the other hand, saw it fit to twist the metal pole in place. Curiously enough, she seemed much calmer than she usually does when performing the act...
She then released her grip off the pole, her head lowered all the while. She quickly turned her back from Koda and instead approached Ayumi slowly. "Don't worry my beloved, this will only hurt for a little bit." She asserted in Japanese. At this point, Min's intent became apparent... Upon hearing this, Ayumi could only flash a weak smile even as her eyes retained its dead stare.

Koda held his position against the wall. The damn ward almost bearing it's teeth, like it was eating him from the inside out. As he stared at Min. His face, not showing hurt or concern. Just a blank stare. As he knew the girl was crazy. But this crazy? Maybe he had underestimated the conviction she had. And the state of her mind. His mind firing a bunch of thoughts all the while Min strolled closer. Just by bringing the ward here, he knew something was up. Hence the distance he had put between them. Trying to figure out if his healing, strength and other abilities were truly being affected or if the ward just caused pain. Seeing out all of his option when-
Min started to talk before clearing her throat. His mind was firing a million neurons a second to even catch what she had said. Keeping his blank face of not being too affected. Putting on a bluff per say. As she then started to sing. The soothing notes, made some of the pain go away that he was feeling. But considering the ward was to drive off or weaken hell species, the song was not covering up the full extent. But he had seemed to relax. His body calming down form it's fight or flight mode. As his back sank into the wooden wall that he had pressed himself against. Taking a glance at the two in front of him, it had seemed the song, was even more calming for them as they had seemed to almost become entranced with her song.
As Min started to get closer and closer, picking up a pole and carving knife. Before stopping in front of the Asian chick and stabbing her leg with it. Since she was singing her song, the pain was dulled it had seemed like as she didn't scream out in pain. But only winced in pain. As he stared at the poor girl. Not only had he forgotten about her but now she was probably going to slowly die by an elf that was out of her mind.
As he went to look back at Min as she straightened out but then in instant, she was front of him with the pole, with her momentum and her strength all combined sent the pole through the vampire, nearly missing his heart. Was that intentional he thought. If she was fed up with him, and wanted him gone. Why miss his heart. He felt extreme pain for sure. But since Min had sung her soothing tones. The pain was dulled. As he went to move and walk forward... He has been impaled plenty of times through the upper body. With his strength he could just walk forward like usual. Plus his healing factor was heal the wound in an hour. But when he tried nothing happened. His legs moved but his body didn't.
He just got his answer if the ward affected his strength too. As she seemed to twist the pole that was through his chest. As he coughed up some blood on the floor. As some started to poor out the side of the wound, and now the corners of his lips. As she turned heal and said some interesting words. Saying this would only hurt a little bit. Koda stared at Min. His red eyes glaring at her. Koda is not one to get upset, he usually keeps his cool even if shit doesn't go this way. But from the look on his face. You could tell he was not too happy. "Are you sure you want to do this. Min. Aren't you the one always worried I might just throw you aside like everyone else has." he said in between coughs. She has never said anything like that to him. But judging from the way she acts sometimes around him. He could just assume that she isn't very much liked, or most of the time used. Plus he has hints since meeting her that she has that fear.
But is this anytime to make empty threats. She has the full power. This is true, he doesn't have any power to make threats like this. But he is hoping on... betting on her fucked mind that she might turn and free him and get rid of that ward. After processing everything, this was his only option. "I mean look what you are doing. You say you love me... Hell you do anything if I ask. So why fuck up this relationship with what you are doing. Do you really want me to hate you" he continued on seeing if he could at least get through to her. His face showing no hint that he was desperate... Instead showing a glare she has probably rarely seen. One of pure hatred, his blood lust seeping through his skin as he had lost some blood now and his never ending hunger was taking over. He was hoping to not step on a land mine. Though he has either already hit on or is inches away right now. Was this really the way he wanted to handle this? Empty threats with the face he was making. Probably not. But what choice did he have now.
She's done it, she's finally done it. Weeks after weeks of silence... months of lingering doubt finally accumulating to this very moment. Min's face was uncharacteristically calm, so much to the point of eeriness considering how jittery and volatile she usually was around Koda. Nonetheless, her calm exterior masked her inner hysteria. Her body was now drenched in sweat as her heart rate intensified at a nigh superhuman rate. Her apparent treachery against the man she wholeheartedly adored, worshiped even, was just as hard for her as it was for Koda. Honestly speaking, she never thought she would have gotten this far. Perhaps Min subconsciously desired for Koda to have uncovered her plot and overpower her before she had to opportunity to perform whatever heinous act she has in store.
Min's philosophy held true even in her unhinged state, it was kill or be killed. Unfortunately for Koda, Min simply cherished him too much to even think of disposing him outright as she did to many others in the past. In fact, Min should have expected a similar, Koda, as much as it kills her to admit, was no different than all the others when it came to their love for her. The deranged girl instinctively came up with a myriad of excuses, ultimately blaming her ludicrous sense of worthlessness as per usual. It was... not as if the world would change for her... she has long accepted the unfounded notion that it was impossible to love a person like her.
Ayumi merely gawked at the pinned Koda moments before Min approached and yanked the knife jammed into her thigh, causing it to bleed heavily as the blade severed the femoral artery. In the meanwhile, Koda spouted his venom, prompting Min to stare back at him. Such a response was anticipated, how lamentable that Min does not seem as surprised anymore. What did interest her was the animosity exuded within the vampire's crimson eyes, all of which are directed towards her. In a most twisted manner, Min began to look delighted as she once again struggled to keep her breathing in check. She quickly averted her eyes from him before she begins losing her composure once more and instead approached the table where she grabbed a steel pitcher.
She then turned towards the half-dazed Ayumi and placed the pitcher underneath her bleeding thigh in order to collect the steady stream of blood pouring forth. As she did so, Min remarked in an offhandedly casual manner "No no no, is okay... don't have to lie anymore". As soon as the pitcher was almost full, she stood up and steadily strolled closer towards Koda. Vampires might be near invincible creatures physically speaking yet they could still pass out from too much blood loss, Min has just learned that from her previous... 'sessions' with Mara and Ayumi. As she reached the end of the pole, she playfully grabbed at the shaft, moving it ever so slightly as she slowly made her way closer to Koda. All the while, she avoided eye contact with him.
She dropped the knife and easily grabbed Koda's left hand, pinning it against the wall and bringing the pitcher of blood closer to his face. "Hush now... I know... I already know you hated me..." she whispered to him in Japanese as she began to run out of English. She raised the pitcher aloft before pouring the crimson liquid towards his face. Ideally he would have guzzled the stream of blood heartily considering the state he was in. As soon as but a small trickling of blood remained in the pitcher, Min dropped it in a most nonchalant manner. This time, her right hand gently caressed Koda's cheek, steeling herself as she forced him to face her. "It's okay for you to hate me, it's... okay for you to hurt me, that's what you've been doing right?" Min claimed as her voice began exhibiting signs of uneasiness.
In the midst of this, she utilized her Tree of stone ability in order to alleviate the bleeding on Koda's end. The spell somehow closed Koda's chest wound, preventing it from bleeding profusely as his skin and flesh seemingly cauterized around the metal pole still stuck to him. Unfortunately for the half-awake Mara, a gaping hole would have opened around her chest area as Min transferred the damage to her, causing her to begin bleeding and losing consciousness. Should Koda begin moving around too much, the wound will inevitably open up more and of course, intense pain will follow. "I will... always love you... always... forever... with me... hehe... hehehe....." Min blurted out as she stared deep into Koda's eyes.
Min head suddenly twitched as her expression changed into a grin while she continued her chuckling. Before long, she felt compelled to remove her hands from Koda as she clutched the hairs on her head, she was now laughing maniacally. She has truly fucked up now... she had no choice! Koda was going to leave her anyways, just like he did to Mara, Ayumi and countless other girls! There was no doubt in her mind that a worthless worm like her would be cast aside! No no no, she wouldn't have that. Koda... is staying with her forever... whether he liked it or not...
