Welcome to The Duality of Man, an original animanga role-play that features numerous supernatural creatures. Unfortunately, these various species have distanced themselves because of the war that occurred thousands of years ago, plaguing some with eyes that only see their dualism. While others meddle themself with their differences, two groups fight, each attempting to eliminate the other in for their definition of worldly peace. These two groups of the Terror Response Syndicate (TRS) and the Assembly of Phantoms (AP). With individuals fighting merely over their differences, it brings uncertainty to the outcome of this war.
We happily accept all role-players as long as they obey the rules and are capable of meeting our word count of 50. This does include those who are unfamiliar with this style of role-playing. The staff of The Duality of Man are willing to happily help those who are new to the role-playing world so they feel comfortable on site. Feel free to message the staff if you need help, they can be found here or in the site Discord and will gladly answer questions alongside calm concerns. If you have any suggestions we would love to hear them; guests may use the support board as a suggestion area as well. Should you decide to join, may I say welcome to the site and we all hope you enjoy your time here.
Yours Truely,
The Staff

Jaydon found himself sitting in his seat as he waited for class too be over with. The last few minutes of class was spent with him walking on other assignments from his other classes, having already finished this one in the middle of class. The school bell rang and he slowly placed his binder back in his backpack before standing from the chair. Thoughts of his past entered his mind, how he used too have nobody and now currently has two special friends in his life. He found himself smiling slightly as he left the classroom with the plans of meeting up with Kiran. It was strange, under normal circumstances he never thought he would have gotten the chance too gain a friendship with them, but after meeting one, it seemed fate allowed him the honor of having them both in his life. Both special people that he viewed important in his life. Slowly he wandered down the hall with the plans of meeting up with Kiran, uneasiness started too settle onto him as he neared Kiran's classroom, noticing as he got closer the feeling of sudden emotions. "Kiran!" He called out, attempting too push back the bullies that stood between him and his friend.
The charm stored in his pocket was the only thing keeping his abilities from going haywire. From stopping to inflict his fellow students who cornered him like hungry dogs to prevent feeling the same intensity of fear and anxiety that had been coursing through his veins. His back had been pressed up against one of the walls within the hallways as his hands clung to his sides, grasbing handfuls of his fabric while his eyes remained trained to the floor. It hadn't gotten physical but... Kiran would have preferred it over the mental attacks they've been making. The gifted was much more liable to insults and insults they gave him. Such cruel words made his lips tremble, eyes water slightly-- and of course they laughed at him for that.
Mocked him and made sure to point it out as something that made him even more of a coward. Kiran could only grow sadder as he watched some fellow classmates continue on with walking, no one would... ever help him. Not when he was rumored to be scary himself but the familiar voice, a soothing voice that made him want to burst into a sob the instant he heard it. Seeing how he didn't even hesitate to shove them aside... Kiran whimpered softly as his hands shakily moved to grasp onto his arm out of desperation. "Jaydon... jaydon..."
The bullies lingered for a while longer but of course it wasn't going to be silent. They didn't hesitate to bring up the fact that of course he needed someone to come and save him... that he was a coward and a loser. His trembling started with his hands before his body began to do so as well. Kiran didn't even have the strength to bite back, to argue no because he couldn't do anything beyond cling harder to Jaydon and bite back his tears more.
Jaydon didn't hesitate too push the other students aside as he made his way towards Kiran with plans of standing between the bullies and his friend. As Kiran became in view he quickly glanced him over, upset that Kiran was sad but relieved that he didn't appear injured. He didn't waste any time turning too face the bullies, feeling Kiran had grabbed onto his arm. "Save him, you lot are cowards for being required too join forces against him. The only coward here is you sorry excuses of a lot." He countered back at them, angry they had the nerve too bully Kiran. Of course prior, he had been one of those view who used too walk by despite knowing that he should have done something too stop them, only recently stepping in because Kiran was his friend and he couldn't have been happier over that choice as he felt right now.
Kiran was clinging harder too his arm, it took a lot of effort too not raise his other arm with plans of possibly punching the guy who had started this whole mess in the first place. He was known for being a bully, if only he'd leave Kiran alone, all of them alone. "You think you're so tough, pick on somebody you're own size." He answered in anger, more than willing too take it if it meant that Kiran no longer had too. Just hang in there Kiran, it will be over soon. One way or another, we will get through his.
