Welcome to The Duality of Man, an original animanga role-play that features numerous supernatural creatures. Unfortunately, these various species have distanced themselves because of the war that occurred thousands of years ago, plaguing some with eyes that only see their dualism. While others meddle themself with their differences, two groups fight, each attempting to eliminate the other in for their definition of worldly peace. These two groups of the Terror Response Syndicate (TRS) and the Assembly of Phantoms (AP). With individuals fighting merely over their differences, it brings uncertainty to the outcome of this war.
We happily accept all role-players as long as they obey the rules and are capable of meeting our word count of 50. This does include those who are unfamiliar with this style of role-playing. The staff of The Duality of Man are willing to happily help those who are new to the role-playing world so they feel comfortable on site. Feel free to message the staff if you need help, they can be found here or in the site Discord and will gladly answer questions alongside calm concerns. If you have any suggestions we would love to hear them; guests may use the support board as a suggestion area as well. Should you decide to join, may I say welcome to the site and we all hope you enjoy your time here.
Yours Truely,
The Staff

These jovial emotions felt endless as Zuriel woke to a pleasant winter day. It was approximately noon when he roused from his deep slumber, aware his periods of sleep were extensive. Yesterday had left the Assembly medic exhausted after being forced to create healing hexes multiple times before being permitted to leave work; he could hardly think straight once he left. When he arrived home, he immediately flopped onto the bed to sleep; he was uncertain if he actually snuggles Xander through the night or hallucinated him. Despite the tiring weeks, the lich remained rather content considering the recent occurrences between himself and his beloved boyfriend.
[break][break]
During their annual date at the Festival of Lanterns, the demon asked for his hand in marriage, which left Zuriel’s heart fluttering wildly ever since. He anticipated the day he would marry his wonderful fiancé and was prepared for their life together in eternal bliss. As the lich groggily left the bed, he slowly dressed in a long-sleeve shirt, thick pants and a sweater; any cold could be detrimental to his kind. He stumbled his way to the bedside table, fetching the beaded bracelet which worked as a temperature regulation charm alongside his engagement ring; he desired everybody to become aware he was taken.
[break][break]
Gradually, he readied himself for the day, finding Xander to be absent from the house; perhaps his fiancé was busy. He grabbed a glass for a sip of water before debating on what he would do today. While there were always chores, the lich has heard about a cafe in the Purgatory District of Aria where he could get freshly made croissants; it sounded like an excellent opportunity to settle for brunch. With a broad grin evident on his lips, Zuriel retreated to fetch his wallet before grabbing his coat and a scarf. Once properly dressed, he exited his home to head down towards the Purgatory District. The walk would be rather short considering he lived in the Mixed District with his marvellous Xander.
[break][break]
The cold air nipped at Zuriel’s cheeks, although, his charm consistently monitored his temperature and raised it as needed. The sun was hidden behind light grey clouds where snowflakes gracefully drifted down, littering the already white streets. The lich moved slowly, weaving through the streets, excited for his idea of lunch; especially since the Purgatory District tended to be rather quiet. While other species groups occasionally entered the area, the district was rather tame under most circumstances. Once he entered the area, Zuriel felt mixed emotions as he quietly shoved his hands into the pits of his pockets.
[break][break]
While he could tolerate his species group, he never investigated Thanatos nor undead in general. There was plenty to learn, but Zuriel found himself distracted by the maniacal man who murdered him. The TRS medic who tracked down his parents and brutally killed his direct family, he included. Fortunately, Aria became a safe haven considering TRS rarely infiltrated the area, instead decided to remain in Lorsette. There was a chance that perhaps someday they may attempt to reclaim the village, but Zuriel prayed the day would never arrive; he never wanted to see that man again. He was thankful when he and Xander made the agreement to move, especially considering the Assembly used the area as a base of sorts.
[break][break]
Gradually, the lich’s cold walk brought him to a sweet, little cafe. A grin touched his lips while he pushed open the doors, a bell jingling above him to herald his arrival. He approached the counter where a girl with ebony hair happily worked at her station. Eventually, he earned her attention, a friendly smile touching her lips as she asked what she would like. The lich requested a croissant and some chai tea, which was promptly provided so he could sit in the cafe. He found a table in the far corner beside a rack of magazines and settled there to enjoy his little brunch.
[break][break]
While his species was not required to eat, he enjoyed the occasional snack. Rumours did state the cafe was originally opened to cater to lich beasts and, just recently, the newly re-discovered skinwalkers. They were the few undeads which required sustenance, thus the cafe was likely frequented with undeads who desired a fresh taste of food or those who needed it. Despite the location, the shop appeared to be bustling with business as people regularly entered and left the establishment, enjoying the affordable meals. Gleefully, Zuriel settled in his seat, taking a bite of the croissant which he requested to be stuffed with cheese.
[break][break]
While he ate and enjoyed the cinnamon taste of chai tea, he found himself rather relaxed in the atmosphere. A soft melody of jazz played over the speaks, soothing those who entered while people quietly conversed over tables. Some enjoyed various foods or drinks, maintaining the calming vibes.

[attr="class","nameNotes"]old thread fron Jan. 13/19 in Aria Village, Purgatory District
Matthew a man once apart of the TRS, but no more. He wasn't on anybody's side but Wren and his friend had encouraged Wren to join AP, so he followed from a distance. On the one hand he could care less on who won but since AP stood a chance of making TRS's life a living hell, he couldn't help but feel all for it. There were quite a few people apart of AP that were blood thirsty or flat out crazy, thankfully there were a few out there that were neither that just viewed it as a worthy cause, else being around these people would have proven much more of a struggle. To many people, he was known as Wren's repairman, if it hadn't been for him, Wren would have surely crumbled from the many damages done to his body. He wasn't a threatening person, just useful. Wren being loyal in AP assisted with him being left alone. Nobody asked to know more about him and he chose to allow this reputation to make his name. Of course the TRS knew him better, having had the honor of working with him before he betrayed them. Anybody who were to attempt to challenge him without Wren around would be met with full force. He wasn't somebody to be reckoned with.
Though it was nicer being allowed the chance of seeing Wren protect him and take advantage as the public might view it. He didn't mind Wren getting touchy with him in public, viewing him as a simple young repairman. If it hadn't been for their past, Wren would have likely become his husband anyway. Of course what happened in the past, would have to remain in the past, even though it pained him. He was bored, Wren was out doing something, he wasn't sure what because he made the effort to avoid getting in Wren's business. Engaged in the past or not, Wren was crazy when he wanted to be and though he knew he wouldn't want to kill him, he didn't want to put Wren in the situation of having to debate it, because it would mean having to grant his memory back which in turn would only cause more pain in the long run. He had left home, wandering around Aria Village for a bit before pausing in the Purgatory District. A cafe came into view and he slowly made his way towards it before reaching out to open the door. It was freezing outside, having been snowing and yet the only thing he wore to show for it was a tan top.
There was a line by the time he had wandered inside and he slowly came to a stop behind the last person. A woman and her child were waiting just in front of him. Oh how he wished he could have had that with Wren, either they adopt, or somebody was the real father with the assistance of a surrogate mother. The child wasn't behaving for her mother and she ended up backing into him by mistake when trying to regain her grip on her child. The mother would then turn around and apologize to him. A fake smile would form on his lips as he accepted her apology. The line seemed to be moving by rather slowly, but once it was his turn, he was able to order some coffee with two apple cinnamon muffins. He then proceeded to pull out his wallet to pay before moving to the side to wait for his order. Once his name was called, he took his drink and the bag that held his muffins and searched for a table to sit at. As his eyes scanned the area, he noticed Zuriel in the corner with what could only be described as a happy face expression all over his face as he relaxed in his seat. I used to be like that. He thought to himself before slowly walking over. Once he was in front of Zuriel he came to a stop, "Happy day?" He asked curiously, figuring it would be best not to assume who the lucky one would be.
Blissfully, Zuriel stared at the gorgeous engagement ring wrapped around his left ring finger. The symbolic appearance aspect suggested to others the dark-haired man spoken for. A lovestruck sigh escaped the lich's lips the longer he stared at the ring, mesmerized by the stunning piece of jewelry. Heart flutters filled the engaged man's chest as thoughts of Xander's magnificent proposal entered his mind. Beautiful lanterns floating into the air as he stood, witnessing the spectacle only to feel the sensation of Xander's hand encompassing his.
[break][break]
The warmth, their eyes meeting each other’s eyes as his marvellous lips requested his hand in marriage. The dream-worthy memory which resulted in Zuriel questioning reality at times. For years, the dark-haired lich awaited the day Xander would request to marry him. Happiness suffocated the Assembly medic as he quietly enjoyed his cheese-filled croissant and a warm cup of wonderful chai tea. Softly, the dark-haired man tapped his ring against the porcelain handle, listen to the heavenly tinged which prompted another gleeful sigh from his lips.
[break][break]
Everything was wonderful in Zuriel's life because of Xander's proposal, and he frequently found himself staring at his ring or his fiance, imagining the day when they would finally marry. A smile was permanently glued to the lovestruck medic's face as he peacefully enjoyed his time in the cafe. The atmosphere around him was ignored, the young man focused on his ring, heart fluttering wildly the longer he stared at his engagement band. Soon, Zuriel Marline would transform into Zuriel Vandefeld, the husband of the handsome Xander Vanderfeld.
[break][break]
The bells which heralded customers were ignored, the lich captured in his blissful little world. He enjoyed the notion of marrying Xander, and finally, the opportunity had arrived. Two words escaped a stranger's lips, a masculine voice catching Zuriel's attention. The black-haired man's eyes raised, focusing on the blue-haired individual standing at his table. A jovial smile graced the lich's lips as he nodded at him.
[break][break]
"Yes... very... My boyfriend proposed to me a few months ago, so... I'm really happy," Zuriel explained gleefully. "We have been dating for a while, so yeah."
[break][break]
Slowly, Zuriel straightened his back, settling in his seat as he prepared to potentially engage in conversation. Quietly, the dark-haired man gestured for the stranger to sit with a simple point at the adjacent chair. Naturally, the stranger could choose, however, the dark-haired man was searching for somebody to gush over his engagement with. Excitement and happiness filled Zuriel's veins, thus he was pouncing at the opportunity to finally discuss those emotions towards marriage if the stranger was willing to lend an ear.
[attr="class","nameLyrics"]somebody save me from this fearful torment.
Matthew couldn't help but feel somewhat jealous when Zuriel admitted that he was happy today. "Oh? When is the big wedding?" He asked, noticing Zuriel gesture for him to take a seat. He slowly he would reach out to pull the chair out before taking a seat. "Also I hope you don't mind me sitting here." He added, hoping hearing Zuriel out would be a good exchange for sitting nearby him. I remember back when I proposed to Wren, it was the happiest day of my life. But then it came crashing down after I left and he was murdered. I'll never forgive the ones that placed him in there. He thought to himself, feeling sorrow at the idea of never getting to hear Wren say ever again how much he loved him.
Of course what hurt even more was bottling his own feelings. Wren believed him as only an innocent repairman, unaware of his true identity and he'd be damned if it didn't remain that way. He was pulled from his thoughts when he realized that his question might come off as prying, he had only assumed it possible to be soon because Zuriel had mentioned dating for a while, with any luck the wedding wouldn't be too far off in the near future. He slowly lifted his coffee to his lips to take a sip, prepared to hear the conversation likely laid out before them.
Blissful happiness had transcended over Zuriel as he remained stationed in his seat, eyes occasionally leaving his guest to admire the ring wrapped around his left ring finger. It was impossible to ignore the delicate band around his finger, the one which declared him as Xander's future husband. The mere existence of the ring inspired feelings of excitement and happiness for the lich. An endeared sigh escaped the dark-haired man's lips as he gazed upon his ring before slowly raising his forest green eyes lifted, a soft smile touching his lips.
[break][break]
Anybody glancing at the Assembly medic could deduce how gleeful he was over the notion of marrying his beloved Xander. The mug was ferried to his lips, a quick sip being taken while Matthew stationed himself in the adjacent chair and spoke a question. A soft, happy laugh flowed through his lips, gentle and light-hearted because of the question. Unfortunately, the answer to the inquiry was uncertain since details still required a discussion between himself and Xander. Weddings were grand occasions, meaning they could not be planned overnight.
[break][break]
"I don't even know yet," he cooed happily. "And no worries. I invited you to sit and I am glad to have someone to gush to."
[break][break]
Quietly, Zuriel's hand plunged into his pocket, grabbing his phone. The lich tapped on the screen, opening the phone before hitting the photo's app and bringing up a picture of Xander; his heart fluttered just seeing the picture! He turned the phone to show the stranger his dearest fiance, the man who brought him absolute bliss.
[break][break]
"This is my boyfr-" Zuriel paused, giggling a little. "Sorry, fiance. His name is Xander."
[break][break]
A large grin remained on Zuriel's face as he allowed the blue-haired man to gaze at the wonderful picture. When the stranger was finished, the dark-haired Assembly medic returned the phone to his pocket. The lovestruck smile was glued to Zuriel's face and obviously had no plans on leaving his countenance. Love swirled around him, happiness finding a permanent stay inside his mind.
[attr="class","nameLyrics"]somebody save me from this fearful torment.
Matthew watched as Zuriel looked at his ring, seemed fixated on it. It was fine, he could recall his feelings on the subject back when he planned on marrying Wren. Oh how those days were bliss, though he enjoyed Wren's company now, he wanted nothing more than to secretly marry him still. "I'm happy to hear it." He answered, pleased that Zuriel was happy to have somebody to gush too. He sipped at his coffee while Zuriel fished out his phone, clicking on it until he got the photos to open so that he could see Xander. "Oh I see. I believe I've seen you both together a few times." He admitted, having noticed because he was around Wren a lot of the time.
"I'm normally with Wren... Have to make sure he is ready to go after all." He muttered, one more sipping his coffee, this time as an excuse to shut himself up. He had just noticed how much he craved talking about Wren and the last thing he wanted to do was become known as the repairman that had feelings for Wren, or worse, somebody that knew of him just as long as the supposed creator. "It is nice to see you two together." He answered with a small smile, it wasn't very often that he saw somebody from AP getting hitched after all.
Captured in Zuriel's mind was an upstanding opinion about his beloved Xander Vanderfeld. The man who heroically rescued him from harm, stood beside him in those crucial moments and smothered him in welcomed affection. Blissful evenings snuggling and talking brought him to cloud nine, manifesting absolute happiness for the dark-haired man. The ring wrapped around the lich's finger was important to the engaged man. He adored Xander's company, therefore, he appreciated having somebody he could inform about all the adorable things he accomplished.
[break][break]
When happiness was mentioned, Zuriel's heart fluttered at the sudden thoughts of being married entering his mind. A sigh softly escaped the black-haired man's lips, smile broad across his face. Despite the comment being related to the stranger's happiness of hearing Zuriel's engagement. Being Xander's fiance was a magnificent position to possess, something which brought him endless joy throughout his days. When the photo was displayed, the blue-haired man's comment strengthened the grin on Zuriel's lips, causing him to straighten upon hearing those words.
[break][break]
They were seen together, the man perhaps having some hints about their relationship. The following comment was a surprise, Zuriel's expression transforming into astonishment, but soon the pieces clicked.
[break][break]
"Oh yeah... you're his repairman, right?" Zuriel inquired.
[break][break]
He watched the man sip his coffee, Zuriel accomplishing the same with his chai tea. The pleasant answer brought a wide grin onto the dark-haired man's lips. People found it pleasant to see them together... The lich's heart was beating rapidly, face growing red as he giggled softly. The notion made him extremely happy. He adored Xander, hoping they would continue appearing like a marvellous couple.
[attr="class","nameLyrics"]somebody save me from this fearful torment.
Matthew couldn't help but view them as an adorable couple. It wasn't very often that he saw people get hitched that were apart of AP. Perhaps it was based on everybody viewing it as everybody for yourself. He mentioned how he had seen them together because he was making sure Wren was ready to go. To his surprise Zuriel had noticed that Wren had a repairman and that meant it was him. Slowly he raised his hand to the back of his neck to rub it briefly before returning it onto his lap that held his bag of muffins. "Yes that is me." He confessed as he thought about all the good times he got to have with Wren. Little did Wren know he wasn't just a repairman but his real creator too. Once more he took a sip of his coffee, enjoying the flavor. As of right now, he was struggling with what to talk about because his thoughts kept going to Wren and he knew that talking about him would be bad least people figured out their relationship.
"I really am happy to see you two progressing. With any luck it won't be long before the big day." He answered, hoping to cheer Zuriel up if possible. Not that he required it or anything because it seemed to him that Zuriel was still happy regardless of the situation. He released the bag and slipped his hand inside to reach for one of his muffins before slowly eating it. God this is so good. He thought to himself, savoring the moment. I wonder where Wren is at... I wonder if I'll be able to convince or trick him into eating it. He thought to himself, having no problem with being sneaky when he had reason to believe Wren to enjoy it even though he doesn't require food to survive.
Several heartbeats were skipped the longer Zuriel thought about his darling fiance. The adorable way he smiled, the sweetness of his sugar-covered voice, the manner his violet eyes sparkled right down to his gentle kisses and warm embraces. Everything about Zuriel's precious soulmate was magnificent, somebody who inspired those positive emotions. A sugar-sweet sigh escaped the lich's voice after picturing his dearest, Xander. A careful bite of his croissant was taken, followed by a sip of his precious chai tea.
[break][break]
The sensation of warm porcelain against his fingertips was welcomed, adding a sense of heaven to the entire scene. Steam tickled Zuriel's cheeks as he enjoyed his sip, subtle amusement crossing his expression when the stranger confessed the truth. There was something about his actions that suggested a sense of embarrassment over his renown. Then again, the infamous Mad Hatter was a fairly well-known soldier because of his violent fights and sadistic method of killing. It was something Zuriel never wished to witness, the notion frightening him.
[break][break]
"Are you dating anyone?" Zuriel asked, planning on progressing the conversation. There was a pause before the lich decided to speak again. "Oh! I should introduce myself. I'm Zuriel, and you?"
[break][break]
Admittedly, Zuriel was enjoying his conversation with the blue-haired stranger. He carried himself as polite and sociable based on the behaviours the dark-haired man managed to observe. Overall, the man was pleasant to discuss these romantic details with, thus the Assembly medic enjoyed every second of it. The positive remark the repairman provided made Zuriel smile, a soft giggle escaped his lips as his cheeks heated up. He nodded at the comment, enjoying the notion of finally getting married to Xander being his dream.
[break][break]
Cheerfulness filled Zuriel's head as he slowly returned the cup to the table. Pure excitement filled his heart since with each passing minute, he arrived closer to the day he could marry Xander. A broad grin was glued onto the black-haired man's face with no plans of disappearing; today was delightful!
[attr="class","nameLyrics"]somebody save me from this fearful torment.
Matthew couldn't help but feel touched as he watched Zuriel in bliss. At least somebody got too. He paused eating his muffin to answer Zuriel's greeting. "Matthew, though my friend's call me Matt for short." He answered, of course if anybody else tried it, he would allow it just for the sake of not causing trouble with them. It wasn't that he couldn't force them to stop but the fact it took too much effort and he wanted Wren to think he was innocent, despite not being so. Once introductions has concluded, he resumed eating his muffin before reaching into his bag for the second one. I should search out Wren soon, just to make sure he is doing alright. He thought to himself as he remained in his spot, thinking of his time with Wren before things had turned for the worst.
Though he was happy with their current situation, he missed the gold old days when Wren knew who the hell he was and how they shared feelings towards one another. As it soon, he found himself rather lonely even though Wren gave him naughty attention all the time. "Where is he anyway? Since you two are engaged, I would have thought he would have chosen to remain close by." He asked, curious on Xander's whereabouts even though he knew Xander was likely working.
Happiness was infinite for Zuriel, his knees shaking back and forth with excitement about the upcoming event. A blissful sigh escaped the lich's lips as he imagined Xander in a suit, appearing professional and handsome for their wedding. Marriage was supposed to be the happiest time for a couple, and Zuriel knew it would be. Ten glorious years of dating walked them down this path and, finally, the plump fruits of their splendid relationship would be plucked. A lovestruck smile kept Zuriel's face brightened as he interacted with the blue-haired man.
[break][break]
The final bite of Zuriel's cheese-filled croissant was taken and thoroughly chewed, enjoying the taste in his mouth. These moments made the lich miss the requirement to consume food, however, it helped if he and Xander needed to budget strictly or if they wished to save some money. When the blue-haired man provided his name, Zuriel nodded, acknowledging the man's name as Matthew. Unfortunately, something was noticed in regards to the questions the dark-haired man asked... Matthew did not answer the dating question he asked.
[break][break]
Despite noticing the avoidance of the question, Zuriel remained silent about it, still favouring the repairman with a smile. In relationships, anything could happen to make the question difficult to answer. Fights or messy break ups could transform love into a touchier subject as opposed to something magnificent and blissful. The rose of love had thorns that sometimes pricked the fingers of those who wish to become encompassed by its beautiful scent. The topic switched back to Xander and Zuriel as Matthew inquired about his boyfriend's location.
[break][break]
A gentle sigh escaped Zuriel's lips as he smiled at Matthew. "Working. Marriage doesn't mean retirement. Sometimes I wish it did though."
[break][break]
A soft chuckle escaped the lich's mouth as he answered his acquaintance's question. The light-hearted response was manifested in hopes of maintaining a positive mood to their conversation. The Assembly medic adored his fiance, however, both were required to work else they risked being thrown onto the unforgiving streets or hunted down by the Assembly of Phantoms under suspicions of betrayal.
[attr="class","nameLyrics"]somebody save me from this fearful torment.
Matthew had asked Zuriel where Xander was at, not really surprised when he had heard that Xander was working. "I see." He answered before adding, "Perhaps in the near future though. I mean I really doubt they'd care that much so long as you helped out every once in a while instead of flat out quitting, if you know what I mean." He answered, having retired himself, not that anybody else needed to know that. He wasn't being paid to repair Wren because he loved him with all of his heart and his friend made it sound like he was being paid for his efforts. "I mean if worse comes to worse, you could always have children that resume the AP work so that you wouldn't have too." He added, only throwing suggestions out since AP didn't need everybody to stay around, just people that were loyal to them.
There were wishes that marriage constituted as a reason for retirement in this situation, however, work was required to make an earning. As Xander's future husband, Zuriel planned on having a family with him eventually. He wished to adopt children with the demon or potentially find a surrogate to have biological children from Xander. Unfortunately, Zuriel would be unable to have children biologically related to him. After the gruesome murder which claimed his life, the lich was an undead, officially unable to reproduce children.
[break][break]
A soft sigh escaped Zuriel's lips when Matthew suggested the idea of retirement being soon. The fantasy of retiring early with his handsome Xander made the dark-haired man's heart to flutter wildly. Days spent in splendour together as they lived their lives together was exciting for the lich, even the smaller things being a loveable idea. The notion of raising their children together and simply talking through their days. The endless bliss which arrived with being engaged to Xander was incredible. His desires for marrying Xander making his heart thump.
[break][break]
He listened carefully to Matthew's suggestion, blushing when the children one was mentioned.
[break][break]
"I suppose, but I would rather work a bit longer. Xander and I are immortal, so we have lots of time," Zuriel commented. "But... I am excited about children."
[break][break]
A broad grin stretched across Zuriel's face after confessing his excitement about raising children with Xander. It was everything he wanted since the dark-haired man began crushing hard on the attractive demon. His heart fluttered merely stating the words aloud! The idea was exhilarating for Zuriel, everything he dreamed of coming closer because of the slow steps.
[attr="class","nameLyrics"]somebody save me from this fearful torment.
Matthew had paused eating his second muffin to drink some coffee before lifting the muffin back to his lips to munch on it. The conversation was about possible retirement. Zuriel mentioned his comment and he just nods to him. "Well perhaps when that day comes you'll be able to sort things out then. As you said, plenty of time, so be sure to enjoy the moment." He answered, finishing the last of his muffin before lifting his coffee to his lips, enjoying the flavor in the process. As soon as it was finished, he slowly stood up before placing his trash in the bag. He'd then move towards the trash can to get rid of his trash before slowly moving back over towards Zuriel. "It was lovely talking with you today." He answered, preparing for his farewell, deciding now would be a good time to search out his Wren.
The delightful conversation revolving around love inspired giddiness for Zuriel. Thoughts of the future wedding entered the lich's head, a soft sigh simultaneously leaving his lips. He imagined his wedding day, how both would be dressed in white suits, exchanging their gorgeous weddings rings and finally he would be given the opportunity to take Xander's name. Zuriel Vanderfeld. By Akari he adored his future surname. It was a connection to his the man destined to be his future husband and furthermore one of the symbols of their marriage.
[break][break]
He craved the days their married days, however, Zuriel's deep love for Xander made him patient. When the time arrived, their vows would be exchanged and they would be united as husband and husband. The mentioning of figuring it out caused Zuriel's countenance to shift into a broader smile. Together, they would solve these crucial problems, however, currently those issues would be left until the appropriate time. The lich nodded in response to Matthew's words, still smiling at the blue-haired man. When Matthew stood from his seat, Zuriel straightened his back, eyes locking on the man.
[break][break]
The repairman moved towards the trash after exiting his seat, throwing away his garbage before starting the beginnings of a farewell.
[break][break]
"You too, thanks for listening to my gushing," he said, giggling afterwards.
[break][break]
A lip-tight smile remained on Zuriel's lips as he watched the man. The lich planned on staying a tad longer to finish his chai tea before eventually heading home to do chores.
