Welcome to The Duality of Man, an original animanga role-play that features numerous supernatural creatures. Unfortunately, these various species have distanced themselves because of the war that occurred thousands of years ago, plaguing some with eyes that only see their dualism. While others meddle themself with their differences, two groups fight, each attempting to eliminate the other in for their definition of worldly peace. These two groups of the Terror Response Syndicate (TRS) and the Assembly of Phantoms (AP). With individuals fighting merely over their differences, it brings uncertainty to the outcome of this war.
We happily accept all role-players as long as they obey the rules and are capable of meeting our word count of 50. This does include those who are unfamiliar with this style of role-playing. The staff of The Duality of Man are willing to happily help those who are new to the role-playing world so they feel comfortable on site. Feel free to message the staff if you need help, they can be found here or in the site Discord and will gladly answer questions alongside calm concerns. If you have any suggestions we would love to hear them; guests may use the support board as a suggestion area as well. Should you decide to join, may I say welcome to the site and we all hope you enjoy your time here.
Yours Truely,
The Staff

Urijah would nudge back, enjoying their footsie game going on under the table. "Oh?" He'd repeat in return, still curious on the answer that Loki planned on giving him. As it stood, it didn't seem far fetched they had the same thing in mind but he wasn't ready to admit such things at this time, deciding to be patient and watch things run its course. He didn't mind that Loki was sliding his foot along his leg, quite enjoying it. If only the server had come at a later time, he was curious on how far Loki would have gone. It was too late to find out now, unless Loki planned to start up again, since he had pulled away from him. The server had returned with his chosen wine and the Cabernet Sauvignon that Loki had ordered. He couldn't help but smirk slightly when he noticed Loki's brow raise. So I had caught him by surprise, good, there was plenty in store for him then. He thought to himself as listened to Loki give his order before the server walked away from them.
He watched Loki reach out for his wine, meanwhile he remained in his place just enjoying the view of Loki in all of his glory. "Guilty." He answered in a playful manner, waiting to see Loki's reaction before clarifying the answer to his question. "I'm a regular here." He answered, slowly reaching for his own wine glass, before picking it up to take a sip from it. The fact that the server knew what wines he liked and always seemed to bring out the right one for certain occasions. They never ceased to amaze him with their skill of picking fine wine. He nudged Loki back with his foot playfully, still curious on if he planned on starting up again on the foot sliding up his leg or if that was one time deal.
Burn on I'm shining so bright There's fire deep in my soul I'ma rise up like the legends of old
Loki released a small chuckle at his statement of being guilty of being a regular at the restaurant. "They must really love you then to know what you want without asking." He mentioned, smirking playfully as he raised his glass of wine off the table and gave it a light swish before he raised it to his lips to take a sip of the alcoholic beverage. At the nudge of the man's foot the hellhound nudged the man's foot back in return before he allowed it to slide up the man's leg again with a semi innocent expression on his face as he sipped his wine once more. All the while he did that he kept his eyes trained on the man opposite of him, his foot sliding up his leg a little more before he withdrew it. Primarily just so he could see his reaction to that action of his.
"So Uri..." He began, trailing off as he lowered his glass of wine to the table. "Do you want to eat first or get it to go?" He questioned him with a slight purr lacing his words. A sly grin crossed his face as he tapped the side of his foot against Urijah's a little as if to hint just what he could even possibly be hinting at. If he was hinting at anything that is.
Urijah couldn't help but feel a great desire in having Loki even though he hadn't said such things to him, but the teasing back and forth just made him believe it was possible. The worst to happen would be that he wouldn't get to have a fling with him after all. He took a sip from his own drink before smiling back at Loki while his foot slide up his leg. "I'm good with what ever you want to do." He answered, leaning forward he added, "But if I'm being honest, I'd rather take it to go." He hoped Loki wouldn't mind, seeing as his teasing had encouraged him to want to return back to the hotel earlier than expected with Loki. He lifted his glass to his mouth once more, sipping the rest of his drink because he didn't desire to waste fine wine.
As soon as the server came back, he request more wine bottles, the one Loki had ordered as well as the one he had, seeing as what is a fling without wine to go with it. He wasn't sure if taking the food to go meant they'd be eating it first or doing other things before going back to it, but he was good with what ever Loki chose. As soon as the server came back with the wine bottles and the food in the bags, he slowly rose from the table, having planned to move to Loki's side to help him to his feet.
Burn on I'm shining so bright There's fire deep in my soul I'ma rise up like the legends of old
The Hellhound smirked as he listened to his words, once more taking a sip of his wine as the other requested the server to have their meal be to go as well as for two more bottles of wine to be brought over. Now, that was nice. Perhaps he'd get to bring the rest of his bottle, or bottles, of wine, if there were any left back home with him. His eyes followed his date for the evening as he rose out of his chair and moved over to where he was, most likely in aims to help him up to his feet. Of course he allowed the man to do so, holding his hand as he leaned towards him a little. "Aw, how very gentlemanly of you." He purred out in a teasing manner, grinning all the while as he squeezed his hand.
He pulled back a little and allowed his eyes to travel over his date to check him out for a few moments before he allowed his yellow eyes to rest on his face. "Lead the way, Uri... I am just dying to see where you are dwelling." He spoke up, trailing his eyes over him once more just to get some sort of reaction out of him. Whether that be for fun or not...well, that would be up for debate.
Urijah had moved to assist Loki to his feet, flattered when he heard Loki calling him a gentleman, he did try. He squeezed his hand in return, waiting for the server to return with everything they had requested, only glancing at Loki only to blush when he noticed he was being checked out. He looked away, smiling as he tried calming himself. The server came with the other wine bottles and he reached out for the ones already open and the new ones, attempting to handle it without requesting help from Loki, which was hard because he had his hand still. The server then returned with the food in a bag. "Have a nice evening." They'd call out as they watched Urijah struggling with holding the bottles as bag of food as he lead the way towards the door, planning on pushing it open before showing Loki the limousine he had arrived in.
