Welcome to The Duality of Man, an original animanga role-play that features numerous supernatural creatures. Unfortunately, these various species have distanced themselves because of the war that occurred thousands of years ago, plaguing some with eyes that only see their dualism. While others meddle themself with their differences, two groups fight, each attempting to eliminate the other in for their definition of worldly peace. These two groups of the Terror Response Syndicate (TRS) and the Assembly of Phantoms (AP). With individuals fighting merely over their differences, it brings uncertainty to the outcome of this war.
We happily accept all role-players as long as they obey the rules and are capable of meeting our word count of 50. This does include those who are unfamiliar with this style of role-playing. The staff of The Duality of Man are willing to happily help those who are new to the role-playing world so they feel comfortable on site. Feel free to message the staff if you need help, they can be found here or in the site Discord and will gladly answer questions alongside calm concerns. If you have any suggestions we would love to hear them; guests may use the support board as a suggestion area as well. Should you decide to join, may I say welcome to the site and we all hope you enjoy your time here.

Summer 2022
Heat has broken through into a glorious summer. The snow has entirely dried through the spring, leaving to the brilliance of the warmer months. Terror activity has risen as people are brought out of their homes, leaving the TRS in a position of consistent work. Each are attempting to maintain victory in the endless struggle for power.
With April, an activity check has arrived for members to do! Please post on the AC and tag all your accounts, including WIPs and OOC accounts. Failure to post on this AC will result in your accounts being marked inactive or deleted. Please note, due to a late start, the due date for this check has been adjusted for one time and one time only.
Takumi did feel a little bad for disheartening the blond, but he couldn't just be irresponsible like that. However, he was pleased when the teen enjoyed the simple food he had made for the both of them. The scout chuckled at his wonderment and paused in eating to explain what each food item was a bit before he continued with his meal. After they were both finished eating, the blue-haired male let out a satisfied sigh as he leaned back and just sat there for a little bit. Oh, that was yummy. Simple but yummy.
After sitting like that for a few minutes he shifted to stand, taking their plates to go take care of them and clean up. "Go ahead and do whatever, I'll come meet up with you after I'm done putting everything away and cleaning the dishes." He told him, looking over towards the blond with a smile before he went ahead to do what he said he was going to do. It only took him a few minutes to do all of that, eight max, and once he was done he made his way over to where the blond was.
"Anything you'd like to do? Now that I'm done in the kitchen I can put my attention solely on you. We can check out the basement if you'd like as well, but you probably shouldn't touch anything without really thinking." He told him, giving him a smile as he scanned his eyes over William. Honestly he was fine doing whatever the blond wanted, so long as he was happy doing it.
Leaning back in his chair William let out a few gorans of approval. Feeling comfortable away from the cold. His hunger satiated. He felt like he could practically even fall asleep right there in the seat. But there was still more to do, more to see. And as Takumi wandered over to collect the plates William gave him a soft nod. Picking up his napkin he gently wiped his mouth before excusing himself from the table. Slowly wandering back into the living room as he could hear the clattering of dishes in the other room. It was then that William glanced around, making sure that he was hidden from Takumi's sight.
He proceeded back across the room, occasionally glancing over his shoulder as he made his way to a small houseplant in the corner. "Why hello there." He whispered, seemingly to the plant. And then he got closer to the thing, checking over his shoulder once more. "Do forgive me for this." He said with a small nod. And then suddenly he reached out, placing a few fingers on the stalk of the plant. The air crackled softly, and began to hum. His fingers grazing against the plant started to glow. And small bits of gold dust started to drift around. William let out a soft coo, a chill running down his spine. The sensation of letting go of some of his excess magic rather relieving to the young man.
Yet he wasn't given too long to continue dosing the scouts plants with magic. As he could hear the sounds of dishes being put away. He glanced over his shoulder once more and noticed the blue haired male turning the corner. At the sight of him William jumped a little. His hands darting to his chest as he spun around. He had a somewhat guilty look on his face. Though he tried his best to act like nothing had happened. Yet the plant behind him was still buzzing slightly. "I would love a tour." He said, taking a step toward Takumi. "And come now. I can be responsible."
Takumi placed a hand on his hip as William spoke of loving a tour and that he could be responsible, he tilted his head to the side a little to take a look at his plant that seemed a bit off. Was it buzzing? He turned his attention back over to William though after a moment and offered him a smile, using his other hand to beckon him towards himself. "Let's take that tour then, hm?" He spoke up, deciding to go ahead and show him the basement for the time being. He walked over to where his basement was located at, opening the door that had stairs leading downwards. He stepped down a couple of steps before he reached a hand out and flipped the light switch, turning the lights on.
"Watch your step when coming down the stairs, the basement is a little cluttered but I still need to clean it up some." He told him as he walked down the carpeted steps. Upon reaching the bottom he moved over to another light switch, flipping that one on as well to light up the basement itself. "Yeah, it's not much...still a bit messy down here. Though I've been meaning to clean up space enough to build a room for you." He told him, glancing back over towards the blond.
"If I get permission to allow you to stay here your room will be safely tucked away down in here." He told him, moving over to some boxes to move them elsewhere at the moment. "You'd have to come sleep down here when it gets late, that way you'd be safer down here. When it's ready that is. I still need to get the walls ready and things put into your room once it's built." He told him, looking over towards the blond again.
Williams face lit up as Takumi agreed to give him a tour. A smile crossed his lips as he moved one step closer to the scout. Clapping softy in the process. The two moved away from the humming plant and across the house. Toward the hallway he had wandered down before. Until stopping in front of one of the several doors. When Takumi opened it though, William felt slightly startled by the sight. As in front of him was a set of stairs, leading down into darkness. It did make the young blond slightly nervous. But seeing the way Takumi carelessly walked through the entryway helped set him at ease.
"Ok." William agreed. Taking his first step down the stairs after the scout. He kept his hand firmly placed against the wall for support as he started down the steps. Making sure to follow in the scouts footsteps, in case there was anything laying around for him to trip on. But after a few moments the two had reached the bottom safely. As the lights flickered on William found himself squinting. His eyes struggling to adjust to the bright glow that had filled the once dark space. Yet once he finally came too he stood there somewhat stunned. Takumi began to wander about, moving a few things and explaining how he would improve the space. Yet William was already impressed by the area. His eyes quickly glancing around from corner to corner. "Down here? A room? But- it's so big." He said slightly awestruck.
Though the basement wasn't much, it was easily double the size of the space he had back at the headquarters. Even with all of the boxes laying around. He began to smile softly. The idea of living with Takumi bringing warmth to his heart. "You are too kind Takumi. But I don't wish to inconvenience you. I mean… that seems like so much work." He said glancing at the man.
Takumi looked over towards William as he spoke, smiling with a soft chuckle from his words. "Hey now, it's really no big deal, cutie. Besides, that just means I won't have to come home to an empty house all the time!" He spoke up, winking at the blond as he went to move a few more boxes off to the side. "I just need to finish clearing room before measuring out a decent sized space for your room to be built. I'll get the walls and a door set up, then we can see about getting you a bed and other things in there as well." He told him as he stopped moving a few more boxes to look over at William. He scanned his eyes over him for a few moments before he raised a hand, beckoning him towards himself.
"You should at least have a second place to hide at in case things go wrong back at headquarters. Once I finish up down here hopefully we can get some protections in place so you're extra hidden no matter what happens while you're down here." He told him, lightly resting his hand on the blond's shoulder for a few brief moments before he withdrew it. He looked away to scan his eyes over his basement. There really wasn't much down there aside from some boxes for storage purposes. He honestly didn't really know what to do with a basement really, probably due to where he lived he didn't have a basement before.
"It'll be fine, William." He told him with a smile, looking back over to the blond. The scout shifted his footing a little before he scanned his eyes over the blond once more. "Come on, let's see the rest of the house. You already know where the garage, the kitchen and dining room, bathroom, and the living room aside from the basement. All that's left really is...the backyard, guest room, and my room pretty much." He told him, tilting his head to the side a little as he raised a hand to rub the back of his neck a little.
William had to admit it would be rather nice to have company. Even living back at the headquarters he was surrounded by people all the time. Hell, many even slept in the same building. But that didn't mean they lived together. It was more of a professional relationship. Like that between a doctor and patient. And the idea of having a second place to stay also peaked his fancy. In case the headquarters were to come under attack, or he were to lose his room again. "Honestly anything you can manage would be fine.. I don't need much." He said as Takumi motioned for him to get closer. The blond immediately following orders and waltzing up to the scout.
He smiled softly as the man placed a hand on his shoulder. Wiping away his doubt with a few words. "So.. you really think it could work? I can try to limit my magic.. and I'll be super quiet." He said with a soft smile. Though what little there was to be seen of the basement didn't last long. As Takumi mentioned they should continue on their tour. Happily William nodded, grabbing a hold of the man's sleeve and beginning to tug him toward the stairs. "Yes, show me more." He said taking his first step on the stairs.
~~CRASH~~
The two had made it nearly all the way up the stairs when the noise suddenly rang out. Echoing out from the living room, it sounded like glass shattering. William jumped at the noise. The young man in the lead as he was pulling Takumi along. Nervously his head peaked out of the doorway and down the hall.
~~CRASH~~
Another noise rang out, this time somewhat heavier. Like something had been knocked over. It was then that William noticed something odd. A scattering of sod and dirt that had appeared on the far end of the room. Then suddenly, the houseplant he had touched before went flying against a wall. William felt his heart sink at the sight, his face going pale. The house went silent again for a moment. The calm broken by a quiet scurrying noise. Then, from around the corner, a small impish looking creature appeared. It's skin black and inky, eyes sunken in and almost glowing. It was a terror. A small one to be sure. As the larger ones weren't stupid enough to be caught out in the daytime. Yet this one had been drawn out. Attracted by a surge of magical energy.
It's eyes suddenly darted to the blond, a devilish grin crossing it's lips as it began to rush toward the doorway. Yet William was locked up like a deer in headlights. Unable to move as the creature rushed him.
Takumi had been walking up the stairs of the basement when a crash sounded. The scout froze for a second before his arm was grabbed, being dragged the rest of the way to investigate what that sound was. Upon hearing the heavier sound, Takumi glanced towards William briefly before he moved to go take a closer look at his living room. The first thing he noticed was some soil that had been scattered on the far end of the room before his plant had flown across the room towards a wall. He frowned as his eyes settled on the shattered pot and the plant and dirt that now lay on the floor for a few moments before his attention was pulled towards a quiet scurrying noise.
The scout released a soft noise at the sight of the creature, taking a small step back. "Damn it!" He uttered out, quickly grabbing the blond before he teleported the both of them to the other side of the living room. He dragged William over to a closet, quickly opening the door there and shoving the blond inside. He grabbed his phone and quickly pressed a speed dial on it as he slammed the door shut, calling a TRS sergeant. "There's been a terror sighting at my place. Come to check shit out." He called out to the phone, dropping it as he grabbed the nearest, blunt object to defend himself and the closet with against the small terror. Gods damn it all. He knew he could teleport himself away but it seemed to have its sights set on the blond, which was shut in the closet behind himself. No way he was going to move at that point. "Small terror by the way! Can't really move to get anything better than a lamp!" He added, taking a swing at the damn thing as it no doubt rushed towards both himself and the closet to get to the raw magic that came from the blond.
Gods, this was a bad idea! He figured things would have gone by smoothly enough but he supposed he should have also known better due to the teen's magic as well as how unprotected his place was. Oh gods...he'd surely get scolded, or worse, from the sergeant when she got there. For the time being, however, he just guarded the closet door with the blond hidden inside and used the lamp he had snatched to fend off the small terror. The thought of just teleporting himself and the thing away had crossed his mind, but he didn't want to risk any more coming while he was gone for even a short amount of time. "Just stay in the closet, William! Don't even think about coming out without me being the one to give you the okay!" He called to the blond, giving another whack at the terror. Gods, he hated these things.
'What have I done!? What have I done?!' William felt his heart pounding in his chest. His eyes locked on the small creature. Its own eyes practically burning a hole in the blond as it feverishly rushed toward him. 'This is all my fault! I brought that, that... thing here... To Takumi's house.' He practically felt like crying. Had he not been frozen in place. Unable to move, unable to scream. Just staring, wide eyed as the creature started to rush toward him. "T-tak.." He tried to stutter out, yet was unable to even manage the man's name.
The feeling of guilt continued to writhe in the blonds gut. His legs beginning to shake and grow weak. Practically dropping to his knees as he felt Takumi grab him suddenly. And then, out of nowhere, he was staring at the creature from the other side. He blinked once, trying to register what had happened. Nausea overtaking him before he could price things together. As his stomach had seemed to take a moment to catch up with his sudden leap across the room. His hand clenched onto his belly, and he let out a groan. As he clearly wasn't used to teleporting around.
He began to look around, wondering what had just occurred. Yet he wasn't given much time to process everything. As Takumi was suddenly shoving him backward into a dark, closed space. He hit the wall with a small thud, his eyes desperately searching around in the darkness for any clue as to what was happening. He heard Takumi shouting at someone, his words muffled by the door. And then a heavy slapping noise, as metal collided with.. something. Hopefully the terror. "Takumi!" William shouted as he rushed to the door, his hands slamming against the wood surface. 'I messed up. I messed up bad!' His hands began to curl into fists, the young man sinking down to his knees in defeat.
[attr="class","kaitlynntalker"]White wings stretched wide from Kaitlynn's back as she patrolled the nearby area, purple eyes searching below. The solo patrol was conducted to monitor the capabilities of the field hunters. There were a few groups handling terrors and managing to defeat the opposition. The sergeant was impressed with her hunters capabilities which brought a smile to the angel's lips. Things were going swimmingly.
Happily, the sergeant proceeded to fly, turning to head towards the suburbs of Lorsette. As she glided through the chilly air, the sounds of radio static breached her thoughts. Somebody spoke over the radio, claiming a low-level terror was inside their home. She glanced at her hip, reaching for the device and holding it tight as she flew through the air above. She listened for the explanation, the voice unfamiliar to her, but clearly somebody of the TRS. The angel paused, hovering, bringing the radio to her lips.
"Heading there," Kaitlynn stated. "Just getting a location."
The woman's right hand grasped the radio while she allowed electricity to flow through her specialized, metal gloves. The electricity was stored into the modified gauntlets. When the radio signal was pinpointed and a location provided, Kaitlynn began moving. Her wings flapped, heading deeper into the suburbs, purple eyes narrowed as she weaved through tall chimneys. At a fast pace, the sergeant closed the distance between the home and herself. Eventually, her eyes finally spot the mentioned location, a broken window noticed as she reached there.
She swooped down, yanking the front door open. The brunette's purple eyes scanned the interior, following the noises to navigate through the home.

Takumi was relieved that he got a response, continuing to defend himself - and the closet - with the lamp from the low-class terror. It pained him a bit to hear William's muffled voice and the banging coming from the closet, but the scout couldn't let himself get distracted by that at the moment. He took another thwack at the terror when he heard someone come in, oh it had better been someone good and not a friend of the terror's. "Over here! Can you just take care of this thing real quick?!" He called out, keeping his eyes on the terror for better or worse because he could only hope that whoever entered was there because of his distress call; and was there to help and not...make things worse.
~~~~~~
Luckily enough the person who had come was on their side and had, thankfully, taken care of the terror for the scout. Not that his lamp was in a nice condition any longer. The scout tossed the lamp aside before he turned on his heel and flung the door open, which was probably still being banged on by the blond, opening his arms to catch William in case he fell forward despite the lack of protection. However, he did reach forward to grab a folded blanket from the shelf at the top of the closet, pulling it down so he could wrap it around the blond and just pull him into a tight hug for a couple of minutes before he turned his attention over to their current savior.
"Takumi Enomoto; unit one scout." He introduced himself to her, positioning himself to shield the blond a bit as per habit of his duty to protect the blond. He had a inkling that she was a higher up, primarily because he had saved the higher up numbers he could get his hands on and set them to speed dial in case of emergencies. Like this one. "I'm the chosen guardian of the Fae." He added after a brief moment, giving her a small nod as he eventually shifted a little to let William be more in view a little.
"I'm full responsible for all of this. It was my decision to take him out on a supervised outing during the day, as well as stopping by my house to get the basement cleared a bit in hopes of having him stay here once protections are set up." Assuming he ever got permission to do so now after this incident. He glanced towards the blond, keeping a hand on his shoulder with the blanket between them for the sake of making sure the blond was still there as well as letting him feel some sort of comfort from this as well.
Honestly he wouldn't even mind if the blond had decided to just cling to him or hide behind him at the moment. He was sure what happened was terrifying for the blond and he wanted to give him comfort as much as possible as well. He gently squeezed William's shoulder, giving him a small nod as well before he turned his attention back over to the sergeant he had speed dialed into coming to help to see just what her reaction would be.
William stayed braced to the door as the sounds of a struggle continued on the other side. Tears beginning to well up in the corners of his eyes. He felt horrible. Guilt consuming the young blond. Had he only been a little more careful, had he just tried a little harder to limit his magic. Then perhaps, the two wouldn't be in this situation. Each thump and bang sending a twinge of pain through William's heart. Unable to tell if the sounds were coming from his lover, or the beast he was tussling with.
His eyes clenched shut as he tried to push the situation out of his mind. Trying his hardest not to rush out of the closet. To ask if Takumi was ok. After all the scout had specifically instructed him not to. All he could do was wait. Wait, and hope that the man will be fine. Yet a new noise drew his attention back toward the door. It was a voice, a strangely familiar one at that. The blond cocked his head a little at the sound. Trying to remember where he had heard the sound before. A sick feeling forming in his gut as he hoped it wasn't the terror. After all if they could mimic people then William dreaded to think what else they could do.
Shortly after the arrival of the second voice there was a crackle in the other room. The scraping sounds of the terror running about ceased along with it. William paused, his hands reaching up to cover his heart. And he took a step toward the door, placing his ear against the wood. Hoping that.. no.. praying that Takumi was still there, that he was ok. "Taku?" William whispered to the door. One hand slowly leaving his chest and reaching toward the doorknob. Yet he paused as the noise returned on the other side. A stomping sound. Headed straight toward the door. William felt his heart sink, and his eyes clenched shut once more as the door suddenly swung open.
"Stay back!" William shouted, throwing a rather lackluster punch forward at the intruder. Yet as his fist collided with the man's chest the young man found himself tumbling forward, into the man's embrace. His entire body was shaking as he fell through the doorway. Eyes glancing over to see the tuft of blue hair. "Taku.. TAKUMI!" William shouted, wrapping his arms around the scout. Not even caring if he were to dose the man at the moment. As he was just grateful to see the man was ok. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm so sorry.. I shouldn't have touched anything. I shouldn't have come here, I-i brought that thing here. And now Takumi.. won't like me..." He said with tears in his eyes. His hands like a vice grip around the scout. Unwilling to move from the man's side.
Yet the moment didn't last long, as the two had seemingly forgotten about the third individual standing in the room. Takumi was the first to turn toward her, addressing himself rather formally. He had never heard the scout sound so… professional before. Yet it did seem somewhat familiar to the young man. His form slowly creeping around Takumi to glance at the woman. Yet as his eyes laid on her form the young blond felt his heart sink, for different reasons than before. As he realized he had definitely seen the hunter before. Though last time she was chasing him down. At least he wasn't disgusted as a hunter himself this time.
"M-miss Sargent." William said, his eyes growing wide. His posture stiffening up to 'stand at attention' so to speak. He knew that she likely wouldn't be pleased to see him causing trouble again. Yet there was little he could do about it now.
[attr="class","kaitlynntalker"]Static leaped between the fingers of Kaitlynn's specialized gauntlets, the preparations to handle the theoretical low level terror being completed. A voice beckoned her, clearly discovering her presence because of the doorway being open. The sergeant hurried, venturing through the house and following the voice. The ruckus of a defensive protocol reached Kaitlynn's ears, successfully allowing her to track down the location of the terror and a blue-haired man. Clenched in his hands was a lamp pole which was, as the radio stated, used to defend against the wicked creature.
She moved quickly, sprinting towards the small, dark figure. The sergeant's foot extended, kicking the creature away. The impish terror collided with the hallway after being knocked away from the blue-haired man. The strong hunter continued forward, extending her electrified hand. The terror was touched by the fingers as Kaitlynn scooped it up, disposing of it through the use of electricity. Suddenly, the creature transformed into dust, fading away from the huntress' successful endeavour. A smile traced Kaitlynn's lips as she turned away, focusing on the man.
The closet doors were flung open, a familiar blond being wrapped into a blanket and an embrace. A subtle note of surprise breached the angel's face as she realized who she stumbled upon. Silently, she watched, an awkwardness flowing through her veins as she watched the two act affectionately towards one another. Was she supposed to leave now? The brunette listened to the introduction, nodding at his words. The man introduced himself as Takumi Enomoto, a unit one scout. He even provided some additional details.
Her eyes flitted towards the young blond spoke, gears turning as she remembered his name. The boy's name was William, their first interaction being questionable because of the shenanigans created by the young man.
"Kaitlynn Harris, one of unit two's sergeants," she stated in return. "And it is nice to see you again, William. I hope you haven't been causing anymore trouble."
The brunette placed her hands on her hips, a playful smile tracing her purple-coloured lips. Teasing was a natural pursuit for Kaitlynn, therefore, she made the decision to tease the tensed Fae a bit.
Takumi gave a nod as he listened to her words, introducing herself to him and greeting William. So the two had already met before. He glanced towards William as he had taken note of the woman's facial features and then turned his attention back over to Kaitlynn, a hand moving to gently place it on William's shoulder. "I can handle with writing up a report about the terror. I'm just glad you were in the area, Sergeant." He spoke up, honestly grateful for her help. Though the problem that was there now was...well, the possibility of his request for his home. And the blond. Hopefully he could get into contact with those he knew would know about William's situation; Donovan, Brasti, and Kyoya. He just needed to contact one of the three to see if he could get his home to the point of housing the blond. He glanced towards William once more and gently nudged him towards the couch that was closer to them. "Go sit down, okay?" He told him, giving him a nod of encouragement before he turned his attention over to the woman once more.
"Were you on your way somewhere before I snagged your attention?" He questioned her as he moved to put his battered lamp back where it belonged. He'd have to see about getting his window fixed as well from where the terror had broken in. Not to mention cleaning up the mess it left with his poor plant. He glanced back over to the woman as he placed his hands on his hips in a casual manner, deciding to deal with the dirt, plant, and broken pot later. Well, not too much later but just not right at that moment. He'd have to set up some sort of meeting to discuss everything that would need to happen should he gain permission to house the blond at his home, it wouldn't be quick either due to the fact he needed to actually build a room and then get protections set in place all over his home and twice more in the basement itself. Just to be safe.
His eyes flicked over to where the blond was, trying to see if he was okay still and all before they moved back over to the sergeant that had come to help them. He blinked once, a thought suddenly popping in his head from a little thing he had forgotten earlier. "Oh right. We still need to do that." He mentioned out loud, mostly to himself as he snapped his fingers and tapped his foot a little. He still needed to get William a phone in order to keep in contact with him, especially if he got lost again. But perhaps not a newer one, the blond would probably not understand how to use that one quite as well as a more...simpler one.
'Kaitlyn..' William thought to himself, cocking his head slightly. As he had never really thought about the woman's name before. She had simply been Sargent, the one who had chased him down. After all that was what everyone else referred to her as. At least in his own experience. He stood there rather nervous as the two conversed. Yet when the woman addressed him directly the young man jumped a little in place. "Uhm.. no i.." He mumbled rather embarrassed, unsure of what he should say. 'Shoot.. what do I tell her? I mean. I can't lie… but Takumi..' He grumbled softly, a slight blush coming to his cheeks.
Luckily the scout gave him an out. As the man suddenly leaned over and mentioned for him to go take a seat. The blond nodded quietly and dismissed himself from the two with a soft sigh of relief. Knowing that if the woman pressured him more he likely would have spilled the beans about everything the two had been up to. Even much more… private things. He found himself waltzing over to the couch. Keeping his back turned away from the TRS members as they spoke.
Yet not a moment later and Takumi was drawing him back into things. Calling out from across the room, causing the blond to turn on his heel. "Do what? Did you mean th- Takumi. Now is hardly the time for such things. You may show me your bed another time." He said in regards to their tour that had been interrupted. Though.. he likely could have worded it better.
[attr="class","kaitlynntalker"]Everything was handled, the only thing remaining being the small pile of dust on the floor. The blackened dust of a terror was proof of its unfortunate demise. How well it would wash out was a different question. With the terror disposed, Kaitlynn’s eyes were completely locked on the pair of young men. They appeared innocent, merely people enjoying themselves until a terror crashed their plans. A scout carrying out his duties of watching over a young man and perhaps observing and gaining information. The blond was mysterious in terms of abilities, therefore, analyzing WIlliam was sensible for the scouting division.
Hopefully, they would discover new information to assist with understanding the mysterious fae. The angel’s first interaction was messy from lack of knowledge and a giant misunderstanding. The man’s terror magnetizing magic suggested it required research for his safety and possibly to assist the goals of the TRS. The blue-haired scout mentioned writing a report about the incident, prompting Kaitlynn to smile and nod. A soft laugh escaped her lips at William’s response to her teasing words.
Only moments later was the blond granted permission to sit somewhere else. The conversation shortly shifted to more questions. She nodded before she spoke.
“I was checking up on my hunters. The lieutenant would want to make sure they are staying strong on the field, you know?” Kaitlynn answered.
The scout mentioned meaning to do something, a brow raising as she wondered what the issue was. Then arrived the soft words from the blond sitting caused Kaitlynn’s eyes to fixate on Takumi before glancing back at William.
“Uh... Should I leave?” The brunette inquired.
They appeared to be in the middle of a romantic situation. She was unaware of the rules revolving around William and relationships, but she decided not to question anything. If the scouting division entrusted Takumi, then she would assume everything was fine, although, she felt the necessity to mention it later.
