The friendliest area of the TRS headquarters that holds employee lounges, the cafeteria, mission boards, command room, secretary offices, scouting quarters and planning rooms. All requests for TRS action are filtered through here and distributed among the members for completion. There are multiple lounges to allow members to socialize with those they desire, making it easier for those who dislike certain species to avoid each other. At times, certain species groups have been known to take over a lounge and refuse to let other groups in. The cafeteria is always open for all and is also where TRS apprentices and full-fledged members can come to get their meals.

The giant bottom level of the TRS headquarters that is hidden beneath the ground. There are two separate sections to the basement divided by a sturdy wall made with various layers of impregnable materials and warded in an attempt to avoid any possible breaks. This has caused there to be two different staircases that are on opposite sides of building. One staircase leads down into the TRS prison that is specially meant for harboring Assembly of Phantoms members. With specialized permission, prisoners are forced to wear cursed bracelets that disable their abilities. Numerous interrogation rooms and prison chambers are found in this area. The second area is the armory that is under strict protection to avoid any Assembly members entering. There was several doors that restrict access to the armory. Suspended prisoner weapons are also kept within the armory.

A second building located on TRS property designed for educating the numerous people planning on joining the battle. The training center itself is notorious for its resemblance to a standard high school, but this is mostly impart to younger members being able to take their high school classes in the building. There are numerous classrooms designed to educate the variety of age groups that could enter the building with intentions of joining the TRS. There are two wings of dormitories that are smaller, separate buildings to the training center that are divided as female and male. These arrangements are also categorized by the person's age. A large gymnasium can be found in the training center which is frequently used by mentors, apprentices and professors. During the winter months, TRS members are prone to sparring there instead of outside.
