An animal shelter that holds both mystical and normal pets within its gates. Paws of Effect relies on the generous donations of the public and the kindness of some volunteers who work within the shelter. Medical care for animals can be provided here.

A large park on the west side of the city that had beautiful stone walkways and a large fountain in the center. At night the fountain lights up along with the lanterns that hang from the trees, making it beautiful. Inside the fountain are a few koi fish that some people will watch for hours, however, the koi fish are removed around late fall and aren't returned until the ice melts. A small playground can be found in Crow Feather Park; it only has a small swing set, a twisty slide and teeter totters all contained in a sandbox.
